I can't wait to see y'all progression in a few months, because right now y'all are super novice. You speak about the "Americans", which I'm guessing you are talking about the Europeans. We are the true indigenous Americans. I'm going to fall back for a few months, because it's frustrating to hear this misinformation, but I'll be back to see how much y'all are going to speak so differently with a whole different perspective.💯🏹🪶
Hola Yarbros Friends. “Indian” is the word that the colonists came up with to identify the Native People. The only Indians are from the country…India. We are identified as Native or Indigenous. Even Native “Americans” are not “American”. Again, the colonist forced the name “American” on the Native People. The Natives called the lands Turtle Island before the colonists landed, took over and changed everything. I Love You Guys! 💗
@anitamendez116
Na natives are not even from this land.
Native Americans were not universally granted U.S. citizenship and the right to vote until 1924 - 1924. Even after the Indian Citizenship Act was passed, states still barred Native Americans from voting for decades
@@Hismana-oi4yx Ok, however, what do you mean by “this land”? My comment goes back to the original people of Turtle Island ( which colonialist named America, not the Native people) Has nothing to do with Natives being part of colonialism/U.S. Citizens or “The Indian Citizenship Act”. For example: I am a Native Hawaiian (the Hawaiian Island Chain is physically not connected to any Americas) and I live my life as a Native. I am not concerned about U.S. policy nor am I concerned about “The American Dream”. I live off grid and totally off the land. Whatever the U.S. Government is doing….is going to happen no matter what. I live in the moment, connected and involved with my community, as most Natives today do.
Indhia was called Hindustan.. American Indian (West Indian) is actually older than the term Indhia. American Indian is used here in the u.s on gov documentation. Been used as far back as the 1600s..
@@anitamendez116
The continent of America has always been. A Negro continent. The aborigines of Hawiia and north america etc. Were negros aka American Indians. There is a clear diffence between the two. This is not hidden information. Living off the grid or being a vagabond is not a trait of any aboriginal people.
*The Virginia Vital Statistics Bureau classed all nonreservation Indians as ``negro''

*An Inquiry Into the Distinctive Characteristics of the Aboriginal Race of America
by Samuel George Morton
It cannot be questioned that physical diversities do occur, equally singular and inexplicable, as seen in different shades of color, varying from a fair tint to a complexion almost black; and this too under circumstances in which climate can have little or no influence. So also in reference to stature, the differences are remarkable in entire tribes which, more over, are geographically proximate to each other. These facts, however, are mere exceptions to a general rule, and do not alter the peculiar physiognomy of the Indian, which is as undeviatingly characteristic as that of the Negro; for whether we see him in the athletic Charib or the stunted Chayma, in the dark Californian or the fair Borroa, he is an Indian still.
It is a beautiful thing when history meets reality. There are still remaining descendant and artifacts in the area that support the whole story. To many people try and disregard reality.
In Louisiana too. Jean St. Malo is an example of how the enslaved Blacks and Native Americans collaborated in Louisiana. The first Asian American settlement (Filipinos) was named after St. Malo.
Watching your Black Indians video is what brought me to this channel. It is so amazing!
Black Seminoles, a group of free blacks and runaway slaves (maroons) that joined forces with the Seminole Indians in Florida from approximately 1700 through the 1850s. The Black Seminoles were celebrated for their bravery and tenacity during the three Seminole Wars.

Black Indian blood here. African American & Chippewa/Ojibwe which covered Michigan/Wisconsin/Minnesota. People said peace out and headed up into Ontario and Manitoba Canada.
Who doesn't know the Yarbros?
You guys never disappoint.
We love the way yall do these insightful videos. Talking to me directly. Trying to start a RUclips channel myself and the both of yall gave great advice. We did our African Ancestry DNA testing. It prompted us to visit our ethnographic genetic families, (Temne and Mende), especially in Sierra Leone. But we touchdown in Ghana, Guinea, and Kenya also. The best food served is from a village family that put they feets in to it. Kenya Airways was the best hands down. The food was superb, and the stewardesses are truly beautiful and so helpful. Can't wait to see yalls African Travels. If ever coming to New Orleans, please let us know. We'll give a guide to the culture of our small big city. Much Respect.
Love that you were able to dive deeper into your genetic families. Visiting those regions sounds like a homecoming! We're working our way there!
Btw, we met in New Orleans, it holds a special place for us. If we return, we'd love to take you up on a guide.
I lived in Colombia for 6 months. Being ADOS from the South and growing up poor, I know struggle food when I see it. Colombia's national foods are struggle foods.
Best fried chicken (not wings) in Malaysia is in Penang. Go to a 24 hour Nasi Kandar restaurant . Get all the sauces on the rice, hardboiled egg, and the cabbage! Great show! Thank you
That 25 minute video took me 2 hours to watch, it was great and hit home with my genealogy research.
We learned a little about it at my middle school in new Orleans. We also had a free blacks area
This is definitely a classic because it ended up on my RUclips Homescreen.,. I subscribed because I study everything black American Indian related. There are wwaaaaaaayy more tales that should be told.
GENEALOGY IS THE KEY...
Just stopped to say I love your energy on this channel. Thank you for sharing the knowledge.
I've been full up and failed to notice the podcast format!
YAS!!!!
THIS IS IT!
I'll be sharing as well.
You are the best!
I think the fast food outside of America might be healthier for you.
The reason I like your channel is because you all keep it real.
I think the red sticks are the same as the red bones. They lived in the Lousiana, NC, SC areas (my grandmother)

Protect the Black man's image at all times.
The best video that you made!!! Do a second one, do interviews on community, very professional !!!
Love "The Window Seat"! That McDonald's tip makes a lot of sense when you're somewhere you don't understand the local food/menus! People may not agree with with everything y'all say, but you always tell the truth! Rondell on YT channel creation: "Don't nobody give a damn about you"🤣🤣. You guys are top notch content creators; glad you are finally getting the recognition you deserve. You'll get over 200k once you get to the continent; will up my support for sure!
Hola, my family, I am locked in, ready to learn. You are paying a great inspiration to your community. Thank you. One love🖤💚💛 one blood.
Great video very informative, the Seminoles were bad ass. FYI, April's sound is a little low.
Thanks and yes we'll remedy her sound in the next one.
Love the research you guys are doing. The deeper you digger the more you realize who you are and where you come from. Have you done any research on Moorish Americans?

That video should be made into a miniseries. Tyler or Oprah should get on it. Both need rehabilitation.
Nah, leave them out, they wont tell the true history of black natives. The yarbaros doing their thing.
Oprah and Tyler should stay far away. Oprah was never for us and Tyler sold out.
When a certain people feel that you are property (chattel), your humanity is removed. You are less than a child of God, less than an animal. We are considered bottom of the barrel, and they don’t care what we think. The other people given reparations, are people they assigned respect to on some small level, or wanted something from. Why would they give their property something that would advance them when they want you to stay in your place. They feel entitled to the free labor of their property. It will never make sense because it comes from a corrupt mind.
There's a difference between native Americans and American Indian. Native Americans are siberians mixed with Europeans now. $5 Indians
MOST WAS P.O.W NOT SLAVES...
INDIGENOUS TO AMERICA NOT AFRICAN
Go a little deeper homies...most of us are not from Africa, a narrative given to us so there's no connection to the land that was stolen. We are indigenous. I was married to a Seminole. We were always here. I'm from the D and all my generations only talk about being "indian", another name given to us. The victors write the history...keep digging. Much love from Mx
I do tons of research. Drop some viable sources if you want to spread knowledge.
@@TheYarbros I'll gather sources and send. Love that you're now doing this podcast 👍🏾
Most of us are from Africa lol and that's coming from a Black/Choctaw/Chickasaw whose relatives were activist in Indian territory modern day Oklahoma whose family names are listed in the Indian rolls who were on the trail of tears.

However, not all enslaved Black people in Texas waited for the Union Army to liberate them. Some escaped south to Mexico in search of freedom decades before the Civil War began. “Runaway,
Wasn’t Texas in Mexico that year?
Historically, the Black Seminoles lived mostly in distinct bands near the Native American Seminoles. Some were held as slaves, particularly of Seminole leaders, but the Black Seminole had more freedom than did slaves held by whites in the South and by other Native American tribes, including the right to bear arms.
They were not healed as slave lol 🤣
