Today I posted Andhra Special Traditional Gongura Pulihora recipe. Pulihora recipe is such a common recipe in every household of south India.
Pulihora is called as tamarind rice. Earlier I posted a few variants in tamarind rice, like prasadam pulihora and menthi pulihora, avakaya pulihora. Every pulihora is unique in taste, and can prepare so easily at home at any time.
Coming to Gongura pulihora recipe, the recipe has an emotion. The Pulihora made with Sorrel leaves(gongura) with red chillies and sesame oil.
gongura pulihora is so unique in taste and colour. In this recipe, I shared all the details in every step to achieve the best pulihora every time.
