Eminent domain is paid-for land... It's just a forced sale. The Bruce family got to sell the land twice, which I'm very happy for them. But you paid for it, if you're a tax payer. Gave Newsom a great photo-op tho! ( which was the real purpose).

In the last 150 years, 1000's of properties in LA County have been taken by eminent domain.

Probably not.
Swap it, get land inland and go into logistical centers like they have in Norco, Perris, Lake Perris along the 15 fwy or in Buckey, Avondale, Surprise in AZ. Big bag! They'd earn mid 7 figures a year. 💰💵💸💲
