Did any of the Viva’s bars have seating with ocean views? (Aside from the Local on the Viva)

We were on the Joy last year and it did not have a martini bar. However, when we asked we found out that almost all of the bars on the Joy made martini's.

Doesn't the whiskey bars have a drink called grass clippings? Had ot on the breakaway I believe . Was delicious
