First of all vacuum metallization is extremely sensitive machine spoils easily with any type of dirt. Even the dust that is in the environment can affect in the process can also damage the oil that is in your diffuser! I confess that when I saw the man stepping on the platform that is in your door I was amazed! Important tip try to keep the machine in a clean, climate-controlled environment always at the same temperature
+Joao Carlos Thanks for the comment!! It's true to have the machine operating in a clean and temperature controlled environment. But in real life, the cost to do that is too high; especially, the coating plant is always looking for the weay to keep the operating cost low and have a high-volume production. POLYBELL4U Yes it's true. Depending on the make and model of the machine builds up a lot of dirt with aluminum in its internal walls of the doors. A good tip for cleaning of almost all the internal parts of the doors is dismantling parts of the carousel leaving them to soak in caustic soda. More has to be very careful on the issue of ferrujem and contamination cleanup is essential for a smooth operation.

POLYBELL4U I actually work with a vacuum machine ... And yes I have a knowledge of the processes it, More'm not an expert, the electric part not understand anything, I understand most of the mechanical and physical parts. More'm studying a lot about metallization Vacuum !. The model of the machine that I work is like that of the video. with 2 doors horizontally

Hi, see those centre pieces is a bit dirty hey... Doesnt the parts come out yellowish? Im lucky I do maintenance on those machine my company owns 3 arzuffi's , leybold and gallelio
Thank you for the pointing out.... But, this video does show the actual metallizing production for headlamp reflector... In real life, finding a balance between production output and workplace control is not that easy...

Good to know that... REFOPTIK seems to be good at retail coating on reflector. I just wonder how their price can be so low for repairing of the lamp. Just out of curiosity...
