Alison wasn’t faking or acting in that video - she’s genuinely terrified of her mother. Tells you all you need to know. The system is seriously broken.
I just want to hear Alison’s story. I don’t think the dad is manipulating her. we all know clearly who Alison wants to be with. Her grandma already confirms with the conversation they had. That the grandma needs to take care of her own health for the next 3 years, so they can travel to Taiwan together because at the moment she can’t go anywhere. In 3 years she’ll be 18.
This is the same grandma (Jeffery's mom) where Annie said in a sworn statement that Jeffery claimed she is senile after she said she knew of nothing untoward going on between Annie towards Alison. So, there's that. Are we with Jeffery and are going to dismiss what his mom says or?
Here's the thing....mom was shady from the get go. The video of Alison begging the police to not force her to go with her mom speaks volumes without even having to hear both sides. The victim of all this is sadly a teen who is desperately needing to be heard.
Plus Allison's mom said that she did not have a reason to run away... really?!!! Trying to get her in a mental institution? Even is you really need to be in one, no one wants to be in one.
mom never looked up once to even acknowledge her own kid, while Alison was bawling and afraid of her mom! Guess she was too busy with her candy crush game 🤣What a joke!
I personally disagree with Ryan’s take on this. I think the facts are misconstrued and biased towards the mother. I think what Joe’s saying is completely right. I’m going to continue to believe was Alison herself says. She obviously has a great loving relationship with her father, paternal aunt, and paternal grandma. As well as her own best friends talking about how much she hated living with her mom, and forcing her against her own will to go to a mental institution
Ryan must be part of thank kind. Something off with this guy not only from this video but bunch other offhand commend and takes
@@holijames82 Something off with your brain and "thought" process more likely.
Lol it’s not “my take” I’m just reading off the lawyer’s statement 😂 both these parents are massive all-stars of bad moves
@@ryanimay weird take in general. it's like saying one person committed a huge amount of mistakes and one guy made a couple but they're both bad... right...
don't forget Annie's 2 Domestic Violence records! I mean that alone speaks for itself, mom attacked the dad while Alison was present both times! No wonder she's afraid of her mom. The mother can change the narrative, but won't change the fact that the record speaks for itself. I mean let's not forget the "supposed lawyer" (Emily Robinson) who was suppose to look our for Alison's best interest, decided money was more important than her client's best interest. I mean that was the only way Annie Chao got the temporary custody. Annie Chao has MPK police station & city council in her pockets thanks to PAPA Tang. Corruption at its finest!
The difference between a 6 years old was coached to lie and a 15 years old is unmatched. Annie made it clear SHE DID NOT WANT TI BE WITH HER MOM. She lived with her dad for over a year and where was her mom all those time. Absent parent should never get a sole custody unless the other parent is on drug or abusive to his/her child. An insane person would not be able to do what Alison accomplished-Straight A student, riding her bike for days and made a clear statements of what she wanted, direction of where, what and when.
The JUDGE need to be investigated. Alison was being evaluated by a license doctor that doctor was the o e whom reported the police of the abuse as what it said on the news.
I agree
Don't forget the lawyer (Emily Robinson) that was suppose to represent Alison, but decided money was more important. The only reason Annie got temporary custody is because she paid off the lawyer. I mean MPK did issue a restraining order for the mom & gave custody to the dad in 2023. But thanks to Annie's fathers deep pockets, MPK PD & MPK city council will do what she says. That is how she got temporary custody, Emily Robinson told judge to award the mother, stating the dad was controlling & grooming her, which he wasn't.
@@robchen626 if true, the lawyer definitely should be disbarred. That’s so unethical and even unlawful to lie to the judge…. But the judge likely played a role… in the whole mess too
The court never stated that the dad coerced allison into the SA allegations, the charges were just dropped due to insufficient evidence (which happens a lot in SA cases). The mom’s lawyer is just using the supposed coercion as their defense. Also, the dad makes more in salary than the mom but the mom’s family is apparently p connected and loaded. The lawyer she’s using rn is known to have been used by other fam members before. Mom’s siblings also have dv charges/marital issues. Not saying either is guilty but the mom is def more sus
yeah dude with the hat doesn't know what he's talking about
THE MOM IS GUILTY FOR SURE. I always thought the mom made more from Allison’s friend statement. Now it makes sense. She knows without having custody to Allison, she gets NOTHING from Jeffrey.
Mum is backed by her wealthy family with connections but yes she doesn't 'earn' as much as Dad.
I’m with the father. Only a parent would understand . Alison is not being heard. She is 15!!! The father is in pain. She clearly does not want to be with her mother.
💀
Father is definitely helping Alison. Mom is fucking sketchy. From the video u can see the fake crocodile tears
@@allio3459 have you been paying attention or are you delusional? How is the mom sketchy in any way? 😅
@@allio3459 Her child was missing and as far as she knew had no life-line, could've been being exploited, and might not be alive. And you judge her for how she cries for that? She was likely exhausted and allegedly being lied to by the parent Alison's tight with that's allegedly bullsh*tting around making missing persons fliers and staying out late to put them up telling Annie he doesn't know what happened to Alison or where she is. If he's found guilty of what the mom and the courts are accusing him of then this makes Jeffery look, well, there are no words for it. Alison didn't get spoken to deep-dive style about parental alienation and coaching by a professional because Jeffery didn't open the door when the cops were there at his house.
@@atmydesktypinghave YOU been watching the video? They’ve been talking about not just the father being sketchy but the mom too. Both parents seem to be trying to get an edge on each other. Poor Alison just needs to tell her side of the story with no influence on either side
I genuinely still believe Alison's dad has her best interests at heart. Everything reported in this video adds multiple new wrinkles to this story, but, the stuff against the dad could have just as easily been a negative PR spin done by Annie's lawyers. This was most likely done to discredit the dad's credibility, as the public seems to be heavily on his side. It would be interesting to know how, whoever, determined the dad is 'richer." Apparently, Annie's dad is some sort of rich mogul, so it's hard to believe the dad is somehow richer.
I wouldn't be surprised if this turned into a Depp V. Heard thing, where people completely supported Heard, only to realize Depp was in the right.
No the grandpa is the rich (Pedo) mogul, so the mom has money. They own property in MPK, Alhambra, etc. I remember the dad wasn't as well off as the mother.
The only reason people believed Amber was because she published her story in UK news, court just took her side only, but never gave Johnny Depp the chance to give his side. It's different with Alison because after she posted her video, everyone can see how terrified she is being around her mom. I mean running away didn't make it any better but once Alison can tell her story, NO ONE WILL BELIEVE ANYTHING THE MOM HAS TO SAY.
I mean mom has DV record & SA record, the dad is a US Marine veteran! WHO HAS SERVED in IRAQ for our country! I mean doesn't take a genius to know who is guilty.
@@robchen626 I know. Well said.
I’m still of the theory that all of this sudden negativity against the Jeffrey, is because Annie and her lawyers saw how much people were supporting him and they decided to start a campaign against him by leaking things to the press.
@@applepieclub5012 I do agree, but I feel what initiated it is the SA allegations, I mean she can portray herself as victim for DV, by using the ex husband’s PTSD! But once you’re labeled a SA predator, that changes. I mean she’s the Bureau Chief at California Department of Insurance. I feel she’s more worried about keeping her position rather than carrying about the mental well being of her child. That’s why she wanted Alison committed! So she can spew lies and say her daughter is mentally unfit, caused by an abusive controlling father, telling her to say those SA allegations. Also I do think the mother is somewhat bitter Alison & the dad are like 🤞.
"Why did Ryan skip all that?"
Great question.
Listen to Allison. Not Annie. It's he said (dad) and she said (mom) now.
Don't be one sided Ryan.
Y’all failed to mention Annie’s (mom) previous arrest for being abusive
You failed to hear the part where Joe said to Ryan "you left a bunch of stuff out" and Ryan saying "we aren't covering all that cuz every other Asian channel has already covered everything and we are behind".
Gotta pay attention kiddo.
I hear you but jk news is not the news channel for serious stuff, these guys mostly share life experience, and joke about any serious news.
Wait really?????? 🤯
@@ILoveDogs117 yea these guys are just fucking around. anyone who's actually watched all the videos on social media would be on the dad's side
No mater what ends up happening, the fact is that Alison has been through something that no person should go through. What type of parent could try to continue a “normal, healthy” relationship with their child after the type of shit that her parents did. I hope she is able to get all the help she deserves, I’m so sorry she had to go through all this
That's right, if is the mom or the dad the problem is, the one affected is Alison. For either one of the parents or both😢😢😢
Not buying it, and you guys are leaving out a lot of important information, especially at the end with the therapist that Alison was seeing agreed that there was some kind of abuse going on by the mom and Annie demanded she see a new therapist because all of a sudden that therapist wasn't properly trained. Also, Alison is 15 not 5!!! She can decide who she wants to live with, the fact that this is even being argued is an absolute joke! Why are they forcing her to live somewhere she doesn't feel safe?? They're forcing her to go somewhere she doesn't want to, live with someone she doesn't want to live, what kind of emotional toll do you guys think that will cause Alison? IMO that IN ITSELF is abuse! My God it's like they are hell bent on destroying this child!
The mother tried to institutionalize her which would void her say automatically. Alison also accused her mother and maternal grandfather of SA and abuse in 2023. They were arrested but the charges were dropped due to insufficient evidence. But Annie has a history of abuse already. Some are speculating that Annie trying to institutionalize Alison would silence her further of her abuse against her. She's absolutely scared shitless of her mother. Which is why she doesn't wanna go with her mother. And she's been living with her father for a year now issues. Her mother doesn't take care of her anyways, her friends have stated they don't really see the mom at all. Only her father
@@ouranhshc100 Exactly! The mom actually seems like she is the control freak, not Jefferey! Alison is a great kid, a straight A student, someone who loves her home life with her dad, happy with her dad, seems like the mom is the one who is hell bent on destroying her!
Exactly!! Like what's also not being reported is Jeffrey was bait and switched. MPPD told him he can come see his daughter and to bring some clothes for her and her iPad. He gets there and is arrested immediately 🤔🤔🤔. Highly suspicious. Jeffreys mom was interviewed and she said they didn't know where he was, all they knew was that he went to go see Alison and didn't hear back from him for several hours
Joe came right out and said "you are leaving a bunch of stuff out" and Ryan clearly stated that they were only covering what the statement from the mom's lawyer said because Ryan said "every other Asian channel has already covered this story and we are behind." Even the title flat out says that it is a statement from the mom's lawyer and "the truth" is in quotes meaning that they are not stating it as facts.
They did a psych evaluation & even stated that Alison doesn't need to be institutionalized! The dad was willing to do out of patient counseling/therapy, he never wanted to have her committed into a mental institution! The mom on the other hand wants Alison committed for 2 reasons, one is to get custody of Alison even though she stated she wants to live with the father. The other one is so that people will actually believe the mom and grandpa didn't SA Alison. She wanted to make people think the dad is the abusive and controlling one, and that Alison is mentally unfit with the dad.
Whatever is "documented" by the court system and what therapist recommended Alison to be institutionalized, it was by the hand of her mother.
We all know in this country the court system is overly sympathetic to mothers and just as overly apathetic to fathers.
The guy in the denim jacket is gaslighting the narrative to create more drama.
yup. That guy is totally gaslighting the audience. i have given my first thumbdown ever.
gaslighting, ok 😂 you’re new . the bigger “apathy” is the tired passivity over the court system being broken while it’s also clearly working for someone with stronger legal counsel . these always come down to law so this lawyer’s statement is basically listing what needs to be beat by the opposition, regardless how we all feel .
yes it sucks but the dad undeniably hurt his own leverage by navigating this way, even IF he’s the “good guy” in all this . which by the way, it still stands to be possible that both parents are nuts .
Dad still has a real shot if his legal team is good enough; but the statement against him exists whether I read it facetiously, literally, or in consideration of your gaslight sensitivity .
God this poor kid. She's being torn apart by her parent's BS.
On national television
As terrible as this whole situation is, THANK GOD she was found alive. Any missing kid case makes my heart drop
i was in court the day of the dads court hearing. i had walked into the same room and heard the whole case and sat in front of the family and friends. the bail is about 500,000+ they seemed to be supporting the dads side
So sad when divorcing parents use their kids as pawns. Instead of making the transition as stable as possible and try their best to keep the kids out of it so the kids can have as much normalcy as possible. 😢
Amen
forreal it’s like some people never heard of both parents being bad in their own ways 😂
It’s the mother making it hard
Speaking from experience, it’s terrifying when one (or both) parent is mentally unstable, irrational, vindictive, etc. in situations like this. Kids are innocent and deserve better. My heart breaks for Alison and I pray she gets the resources to help her through this mess.
You guys need to investigate that the mom has connections with the Monterrey city council members and also with Monterrey Park Police. Report correct information.
Interesting, since last time I checked, JK news aren't Private Investigators. Nice try though. 😂
They usually just say their take and move on. I'm sure other channels will do a deep dive on your suggestion. I don't think the guys will, but I hope someone does.
This is interesting
The mother lied on national tv by omitting she wanted her daughter placed in a mental institution….simply because her daughter didn’t want to be with the mom. She fears her mom because she abused her, and allegedly S/A with grandfather, she was threatened being killed if she talked about it 🤷♀️ A 15 year old should have a voice….
Nah initially Ed was not taking dad's side. The mom side actually reached out to him first and he did the first video based of supporting mom. But then he did further investigation and found that the mom is in the wrong here.
It makes sense if she told her dad, that he would take her to a doctor to confirm what she said. IMHO
Justice for Alison let her speak!!
Alison does NOT want to live with the mom.
When Joe imitated the mom I went throwback on him playing asian mom on JKfilm I laughed so hard lol
“8/10, would” had me dead
Joe is right. I have no idea about this story so I’m not sure what’s going on Ryan.
There are so many twists with this story, but I feel like we only got like 40% from what Ryan was saying.
@@sleepymofo Joe straight up said "you are leaving a bunch out" and Ryan said, which goes along with the title of the video "we are just reading the mom's lawyers statement" since Ryan said "all the other Asian channels have already covered everything and we are behind". This was mostly just meant to be an update from the first video when she went missing to "hey she's been found safe, yet all this other unknown sh1t has been said since". The title even says "the truth" in quotes meaning this isn't meant to be taken as facts.
6 and 14 are two very wildly different ages. Both cognitive and physical. This is what alot of people have been highlighting. Alison is a teenager - not a toddler. She also had the right to choose who she wanted to stay with at her age - per California Law. Pretty sure the go fundme started after Alison was found. what's with all the misinformation?!?! rating the mother at the end LMAO. ok... The SA and Abuse allegations were dismissed - due to lack of evidence. It's very hard to prove in court that these things happen - especially if it's been a while since the event.
Yep the GoFundMe was made after she was found. & adding on the spread misinformation, just because the father makes more money than the mom doesn’t mean anything lol. He could be making $60k & she’s making $55k. Also lawyers are expensive as fuck
She looks 6 tbh
@@davinxi5926 but she's 15 and doesn't act or speak like a 6 year old.
but don't forget her 2 DV records! I mean there's a reason Alison is afraid of the mom, she was in the room both times when the mom was attacking the father. Yes the court couldn't find enough evidence to convict, not sure if it was dropped. But there is a reason why the mom wants to commit Alison in mental facility, its to disprove Alison's allegations. And make it seem like the dad is the reason why Alison is mentally unfit. (Accusing him of being abusive & controlling)
@@robchen626 that would have been super relevant . Did the judge know that fact?
Thank you JK News! Always come here first for the news!
I think I got the gist of the story. Thanks Joe!
I'm not gonna lie. I'm extremely happy Allison is safe. But i also in the sgv and my parents got divorced and i was dragged around the same manipulation and abuse. But i thought it was all normal
One thing to note, as a 15yr old she has full control over her own mental health services. No one can force her and can have access to her chart unless the 15year old gives consent for that
But is that true, if she’s forced to go with w court order?
Not true at all. At 18 no one can access your records unless you sign a consent for release of information.
@eileenmercado3218 not in NY. At 12, you no longer need a parent to know anything that's happening with you medically or emotionally.
@@bt8751 if it's court ordered then anyone needs to go because you're specifically working towards something with the court. but still dont make it so that parents have to have access to your chart.
Her primary or school doctor are mandated reporters
I hope Alison gets the help she needs and she gets to tell her story. Divorces are messy and nobody thinks of themselves as the villain in their own story.
the therapist was interviewed and he said "would" lmfao 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This is really just a civil /family court matter. The police failed to intervene when they obviously heard the daughter say she didn’t want to go back. And the court systems is to blame as well. Her mother is a danger to them
It's cause the MPK PD and city council are waiting for Annie's dad to write them a FAT check (donation). Of course they'll listen to the mom's lies and do whatever she asks.
she has a youtube channel and it seems she has a very good and wholesome relationship with grandma.
Who are you referring as she?
@annamaru7577 Allison. Her channel's name is ac9moo
@@annamaru7577I think they’re talking about Alison
If you seriously think that it is that simple to plant lies and fabrications against the other parent in a teenagers mind then you have never raised a teenager.
It’s bad parenting as well
I'm happy she's alive and I would love to hear from her.
This kid probably does need therapy now from both parents! Definitely divorce gone wrong! Now their dirty laundry is out to the public. Poor girl. She should just file for emancipation….
she be far smarter than me at age 15, even when I was that age, I wouldn't know what emancipation means, nor have any knowledge if whats happening is lawful, nor have any means where to start. As an Asian, my dead beat the hell out of me with cable wires, but not a single thought that I would file anything against them to begin with. All I know is that, they're my parent, if my Dad beats me, I guess thats considered eligible.
thank you guys for keeping Alison's story relevant. I'm afraid as the media's attention goes down, that evil mom will get away with it. 😞
Oh forgot to mention, the whole doctor ordered and judge said yes to institution. So was that after the mom probably bought out the therapist , when in the docs states she disagreed and requested a new therapist? So why are we passing that "the therapist said in general." Ryan is making bs as he goes from reading one statement release
As the title of the video says, they are reading the mom's lawyers statement. "the truth" being in quotes means they are not stating it as fact. Joe straight up said "you are leaving a bunch of stuff out", to which Ryan said, "we aren't going into all that because all the other Asian channels have already covered everything and we are behind". And as they stated by the end of the video, there are too many twists and turns and unknowns about the whole situation to give a foregone conclusion.
seems the viedo is Sponsored by Annie Chao
@@shirleyli5143 Seems your brain is missing some cells.
You can thank Emily Robinson for that! I mean as Alison's lawyer, you should be thinking what's best for your client & not what the parents want. Alison wanted to live with the dad. Mom bought off Alison's lawyer, told the judge the dad was the abusive controlling one, having her tell lies. Judge granted Annie temporary custody, thanks to Emily Robinson! And that same day, the mom tried to get Alison committed. I guess its possible she paid a private therapist to lie about Alison's mental well being, but there was a document showing CPS i think stating Alison doesn't need to be committed. The dad was trying his best to avoid having Alison committed, he was willing to do out of patient family therapy/counseling.
hope she has someone in her life that can guide her to heal from the trauma. most people don't, this case being public doesn't help

It’s illegal to “bribe” influence or sway a decision
Thanks guys - great discussion as always - the truth is out there and probably somewhere in the middle ! Hopefully this young girl finds peace in the near future... THANK YOU! IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS
ngl im more confused about this case than ever.
I know by experience that a guilty person can get away by other people stating untrue things. It is so insane if both parents are doing it for their own benefit than for Allison's well been.
Ryan doesnt seem to know the story at all and is reading as he's telling it. So many false statements in what Ryan is saying.
The statement he's reading from is from the Mom's lawyer so take these statements as information not facts
The father was arrested on ALLEGED charges. He was accused of "kidnapping" Allison. This does not mean he did. It means Annie's lawyers was able to build a case to accuse the father of planning the whole incident which is yet to be determined.
Just like Annie and Annie's father was ALLEGEDLY sexually assaulting Allison. The court deemed insufficient evidence so it was tossed out.
Jeffrey's mother said she was not aware of child abuse/SA as a statement. Nothing to do with being against the father's side.
The lawyer assigned to Allison was court appointed in which they have been saying this lawyer is biased and trying to help the mom.
This lawyer was the one that recommended the mental institution, not a therapist. A lawyer with no knowledge in mental health.
They are saying the lawyer has been helping the mom get custody and not helping in Allison's interest.
This is the first time hearing the father has money so idk.
The mother is apparently Bureau Chief of Insurance in California.
Allison and Allison's friends have made their statements against the mother, but I guess no one cares about the actual victims of this case.
Allison is trying to tell her story, but due to not being of age and in family court she is prevented from doing so.
The lawyer's statement also ACCUSES Jeffrey of releasing the video recorded by Allison. This is not a factual statement as it is alleged.
The biggest thing for me is the first video I saw of Annie, it looked so fake when she spoke to the reporter.
Then preceding social media posts she kept focusing on things unrelated to Allison so it was so weird to read and watch.
Then in the video that Allison recorded. While Allison was crying and telling Monterey Park police that her mom abuses her.
Annie was just on her phone in the background looking like she doesnt give a sht about the situation and just waiting for the police to take Allison to the mental institution.
So far everything on the dad side is Alleged and Accusations so it should be mentioned as so and it should be treated as such. Not these claims that he did these things, but has been accused of.
The title of the video flat out says this is a statement from the mom's lawyer with "the truth" in quotes which means they are not stating it as fact.
Where'd you hear the mother is a Bureau Chief of Insurance?
Completely agreed, it’s all alleged, up until the father is found guilty and charged
@SmileB4uDie I mean what might you do when you are the one that Alison accused and you're Annie claiming it's 100% false? She's saying what Alison is claiming is made up BS and it's just about the worst thing you can say about someone (physical abuse and molestation claims) but Annie should be reacting how? I'd love to see people do a deep dive asking divorce lawyers if they've ever heard of a kid or adult making a false accusation of abuse against someone during a divorce. You think they'd have no stories about that? You should listen to every kid making a claim, remove them from the area of who they are accusing, and investigate it to the fullest but I think strangers outright believing every kid's claims immediately after a divorce is filed that is not wanted by a child is dangerous. Take it seriously to the highest degree but don't take it as if it's been chiseled in stone just because of an accusation.
I'm not claiming to know what's going on with this case but if I was Annie and my kid accused me of that stuff and I'm like the hell I did that then I would not give that child a reaction (as the mom did not outside of the dad's house), as I would believe they are doing this to hurt me. Who knows? We don't live with these people. But I'm glad you know the proper reaction, considering what the mom is claiming that it's fake AF. I'd find a way for someone to roll a sofa out to me so I could be laying down thumbing through a home decor magazine if someone were to make some kind of pomp and circumstance out of what I'm claiming is nothing but lies against me. Then I'd try to take a nap on said couch. I'd then also get my child extreme evaluations and hardcore help if I'm claiming the things they're saying about me are outright lies. I'd want them helped immediately before they start accusing outsiders of things because then I'd be responsible for that, again if that's what's going on here.
And Annie didn't know if her child was safe, being exploited, or even alive when she was speaking to reporters. So I guess way to make fun of the mom for caring and again, not reacting how you claim you would in the same situation that you have not gone through.
@@specagent999 Its been mentioned a few times in social media posts and comments and also some sources online, but I couldn't confirm myself so I said apparently.
Now I wonder will any of the parents get the kid after this...
We ain’t gone hear the full story til she like 18 and ready to talk about it

I would've liked a summary of the events bc you guys are the only Asian channel I follow aside from Bobby Lee, and he's about as Asian as Steve 😅
13:50- From what I heard/read, the grandfather had passed away, so I think if anything it was just the house that they still probably owned.
The system is broken with power
This case did bring out our own childhood trauma into play 😅
Divorces brings out the worse in people, I’m not picking any sides here, clearly the parents are pulling every moves in the book
I mentioned this in the last video, the mom was too calm and a bit showy in her response, like she practiced what she was saying, but someone replied and said it could be that it was her way to cope with the stress of the situation... I guess that didn't age well
Also if Alison actually needed the mental help then you would think Annie would have shared that when she was on the news to add urgency to find Alison but Annie didn't say anything
The mom also completely lied!! She claimed she was missing when it was obvious she was a runaway. The day before she ran away she refused to go with her mom & to be forced to go to the mental institution. The mom told the public with her crocodile tears (when I saw that video when it first released I already could tell she was fake crying) mom said they could be looking for a body, as if Alison was kidnapped and dead. Convenient she left that info out that the police came and there was proof of video
@@bt8751 Even if we could know for a fact that Annie knew she ran away, which she didn't know that. what was to tell her that oh good she ran away so that means she is safe as can be? The public doesn't have a right to know if someone is considered a likely run away or what's going on with their mental health (as others have claimed we should have a mental health report for missing kids). The public should just take it as it could be they're looking for a runaway and just get the kid's face plastered out there regardless. How do you cry when you are tired and don't know if your kid is safe or even alive? When was the last time your ex made and put up fliers all over town saying your child is missing and he doesn't know what happened to her possibly just to allegedly mess with you?
@@rowingnow_RAs_Second_Timelinelol ok Annie Chao’s family! You are against the whole world!
Annie definitely knew it for her to bring the cops to Jeffrey’s house. What she didn’t know that Allison recorded it and the video was shared publicly.
Annie then used the public to trace the path of Allison to have solid proof that
the dad “kidnapped her.”
Annie sure duped the public and the system by tapping into people’s emotions.
@@RTTr-z6f Yes, I'm sure she traced the path not to find her daughter who she didn't know if she was alive or dead as the dad was the one saying he didn't know what happened to Alison. Jeffery reported her missing, made the original missing person fliers, and put them around town with Alison's friends until late night/ early morning. The judge said she wasn't going to set bail because the preponderance of the evidence shows he is likely to have committed this crime of stealing/concealing, including inducing a child to help. And then by not opening the door to the police, Jeffery stopped Alison to talking to professionals about coaching and parental alienation. If I was Annie and claiming like she has that the allegations are false, I would also seek intensive treatment for my child who, as she is claiming, is falsely accusing people of the some of the most disturbing things on the planet. If you claimed someone was accusing you falsely of such things, would you want them to get bi-weekly phone therapy sessions or deep, extensive therapy treatment? I don't know these people from a hole in the wall and I don't assume accusations are proven facts of guilt.
Shout out to Steve & Anthony for keeping it JK with the jokes "8/10 would"😂😂😂
My parents divorced when I was 4. During custody decision, my dad told me and my younger brother to choose him during the drive to the courthouse. When I was asked who to go with, I chose my dad because I thought that was what I was supposed to say to not get in trouble. If I knew the context of what was going on at the time, i would've chosen my mom. My older brother went with my mom, and my little brother defaulted to my dad. After that, my dad cut off contact with my mom until 12 years later when I found my older brother on Facebook. I can say, my older brother was wayy more mature and well spoken than I was at that time. We are only 1 year apart.
Ryan's reaction after Anthony's scale of 10 question. Lol 13:07
Yeah no honestly a child knows even if people say if it’s right or wrong. Courts ARE about 45% wrong hence why kids kill themselves or they end up on drugs etc. the mom does show aggressiveness and if your speaking that the dad has more money then the mom that means she’s after him for child support NOT the child’s best interest. Let’s look at Gabriel case in LA! My niece committed suicide and the mom basically got away with murder because they refuse to make a report rather than actually looking at details what lead to a child committing suicide.
We want to hear Allison's voice.
Dang, this makes Joe's dad seem not so bad in comparison
Anthony's facial expression @16:45 should be a template for memes 😂 insert any caption for applicable memes lol
Aww man, I’ve been too busy with work to follow this and Joes summary was good why’d u have to cut him off Ryan
The dad may have more money but I've been seeing that the mom's family is wealthy
Yes, the dad is the bread winner
Just glad she is found. Got doped into donation. Hope it goes to kid lawyer
The kid should have legal reprenstation. And she should be 5150 for her safety.
Are there details about what Alison's psychological/emotional heath was in regards to, that would justify her being committed to an institution..?? I'm asking cause I don't completely have trust and faith in the conventional medical community. There are misdiagnosis' and an over prescribing of medications..
I love you guys, and I know it's all jokes, but this one was wack AF. If you do a little digging you'll find that Ryan is repeating the Tang family propaganda. Alison is out here begging for help from the public because her father does not have the financial resources (Annie Tang changed her job status because of the divorce) to fight the Tang family's deep pockets and connections and this kind of discourse is failing her.
How "rich" are the parents..?? High profile cases can easily cost six-figures, correct..?
@@TubeDeviant exactly...how rich are they, do you have proof of that or just going based on other people's saying?
It gets dragged out, that’s why it cost more money. Judge, defense and appeals make $$$$
@@annamaru7577Allison’s mom side is extremely financially stable. I refer people to the Tang family when they are looking for a place to live; they own property throughout the San Gabriel Valley and Orange County. The whole story is 😔
That dad owes that dude some sick hours if he's used them to call off his shift!
Alison is 15, she can decide. Look at Parker Leverett’s video. Even though dad later admitted he wasn’t a great dad, still Parker felt more comfortable with dad at that time. Regardless of what the truth is…Alison will need both parents for the rest of her life.
She’s still a minor
A 15-year-old is typically less vulnerable to manipulation compared to a younger child. While Bart was still just a kid, Alison is 15 and should be mature enough to resist manipulation, unless she isn't using her judgment wisely.
15 is still a kid…. And they may not he able to make decisions especially if the kid is suffering from stated abuse. Stop victim blaming
I think dude with the hat on knows the Annie’s family he’s playing favoritism.
lol you "think" that do you? No, they don't know Annie's family. They sympathize with the child involved since it is a messed up situation all the way around.
The guy in hat is very bias. Of everyone speaking you can hear his arguments to mom side. Just because the grandma doesn't know does not mean it didn't happened. If someone doesn't know they can perjury yourself to say yes she agree with dad!
I agree. Not mentioning any of the facts against the mom but bringing bs about the dad 🤦♂
In case you missed the title of the video, it said they were going to be reading the mom's lawyers statement with "the truth" in quotes indicating they were not stating it as facts. Joe straight up said "you are leaving a bunch out" which Ryan said "we aren't going into all that because all the other Asian channels already covered everything and we are behind". They all had a discussion over how messed up the info is on both sides, regarding both the mother and the father, and sympathizing with the girl being caught up in their cr4p.
@@bethnichols2875 copy paste much?
3:23 Bold of you to assume I watch any Asians on youtube besides you guys.
Every asian including your Vegas asian steve greene covered it?
Jokes aside praise God through Jesus Christ of the king james Bible that Alison chao was found
Alison wanted to be with her dad than her mom. I think we know who she thinks is bad (mom if you are slow)
Attorney should not disclose info on an ongoing litigation.
The government always fails kids so idk 🤷♂️
When JKnews post update after a week have pasted. 😂😂😂
Edit: they also admitted there late for posting update.
Thank you, guys for doing an update on this story. As an East coaster all the info I've seen was from random clips posted on YT by Cali news channels and reading some of the comments under those vids and the original one you guys posted. In any case, it is a messed up situation. Yet as Steve said, Thank God she was found safe.
ryan gets on my nerves a lot of the time smh
I would'nt trust either parents. Both are doing underhanded things.
I said the same thing when the dad got charged. "I'm staying out of this!"
@@PastorHan1776 LOL!
@@annamaru7577 When custody cases get crazy like this I'm like ... "I'm out!" BTW Ryan from the show ... you know me we went to highschool together.
We really need to fix the intro boom. It's extremely loud compared to the actual video, I almost shat my pants
I bet those mofos tried to sell her and get some attention. Her attention got too hot and kidnappers didnt want her after their outreach
Not gonna lie. Would!
What ever happened to this story?
I would have adopted Allison if I had a wife so I could raise her on the king james Bible
Lol hey I didn't know what was going down haha Joe was breaking it down for me
Would be nice to go and delve into the recent crime and gun shop theft in Ca LOL
This story is a damn mess and Alison is caught in the middle. The picture of her doesn't look like a 5 or 15yr old, more like 10?
The mom purposely released old photos of her when she was young. 1.) probably to make it seem like she was more of a victim, and likely to be kidnapped vs runaway 2.) so the public would feel more bad and try to find her quicker 3.) because mom hasn’t lived with her own daughter for a while, so she doesn’t have current up to date photos of her
I would too
