While it's a little long, I take you through my entire weekend- getting a much-needed haircut, I tell you about my first therapy sesh, the latest anxiety attack I had, and planning and shooting everything for my fitness app! Anytime anxiety comes on, I recite scriptures from the Bible. I continue to repeat them over and over and have faith God will take it away, and he does EVERYTIME‼️ Put on worship music and pray and watch how fast your situation changes, I promise🥰Also have been following since 30 before 30. You’ve grown so much and I’m proud of all you’ve accomplished❤️
Minute 17:00, I definitely needed to hear that! I am 35 and 5 months pregnant and my husband and I are dealing with sooooo much junk right now and we feel like we can never catch a breather but it is so true, this is only for a short short season and we will come out stronger! You’re not alone girl! You’re a strong strong beautiful woman, don’t forget that and don’t be hard on your self! 🥰🩷

I've been doing weekly therapy for almost a year and taking lexapro for anxiety, and it's been life changing! Congrats for taking the most difficult step of finding a therapist and starting! ❤
