    I just gotten hold of the new Casio GA2100SKE-7A: transparant version CasiOak. It's a cool new segment for Casio and it's hybrid with analog hour and minute hands and a digital display. I like the fact that it's a Quartz watch, but you don't get the immediate turn off of it having a ticking second hand (and I mean, even Patek, AP, VC etc have models without a second hand), which is a reason I wouldn't get some of the other watches mentioned in the video. Very big into Seiko as well lately. The SNXS79J1 is just a brilliant simple allrounder. Probably up next for me: the SPB143J1 (62MAS nod). But first I've indulged in some titanium microbrands: Boldr (Venture Carbon Black) and RZE (Resolute Alpine White).

    Nice list with good choices. One peeve of a lot of watches: date window too small to be useful. Either make it larger or don't put it in.

    Teddy, as someone who likes Sinn and Junghans you also should have a look at the less well-known but historic German brands, e.g. Laco (1925), Stowa (1927), and Hanhart (1882). Laco and Stowa are offering a variety of military/pilot watches and Hanhart many sports chronographs.

    That Orient Kano is superb, also sick with red bezel and black dial. Looks great on curved rubber straps, natos and elastic parachute strap. Could you also do a same video but for women? This price range would be great for gift to the better half, and finding some great options to choose from.

    The Seiko SNZG13 and its sister models have the 7S36 movement, which is basically the same as the 7S26. 2 extra jewels that don't do much but it's still a difference.

    What makes u put them in these videos instead of others? Just pure looks or are there more to it?

    Great show, Teddy. Now for something different, could you please do a show on Reverso style watches. The top of the line would probably be JLC and the bottom would be Invicta. But from time to time I see other "Reverso" style watches and maybe you could put them all together in one show. You could offer your opinion (which I respect greatly) about the pros and cons of the different models. Thanks for putting so much thought into your videos.

    I cant believe Deep blue have never been mentioned by Teddy. They do dive watches with T100 tritium, Seiko movments, sapphire crystal, 500M water resist, All for $200 They can get more expensive depending on the dept rating and if you want one with more tritium than just the indicies and if you want a swiss movment in the watch, but everything ive mentioned earlier comes in the watch for 200 quid. They are insane value, and I cant figure out why they are not talked about.

      @@atourdeforce dude i love everything about them except the 15mm-16mm thickness that's a big boy. I love the abalone and the dials but that shit is big, all the other reviews and comments on over videos confirm as much. Beautiful chonks.

    • @atourdeforce
      @atourdeforce Год назад

      @@MemoryUtilizer They have watches that are 14mm thick. An Aquis is 13mm a Submariner is 13mm a deep sea is 17.2mm. There is no way you would tell me those watches are too thick or that you wouldn't wear them, because we both know you'd almost certainly be telling a lie.
      It's hard to believe that you're not a little closed minded, judging by your comments because they don't exactly make a whole lot of sense.
      Dive watches are naturally very thick, so to tell me you don't like these because they are too thick doesn't exactly make the most sense in the world to me tbh.
      They are an absolutely fantastic watch, they look amazing and are about the best or some of the best quality watches out there for the price.
      These are proper dive watches not just a nice looking watch thats made to look like a dive watch and called a dive watch.
      You're not going to get a 10 or 11mm proper diver. Incase or before you do please don't say a Seamaster.
      Again you're 100% allowed not to like a thick watch, but don't come back at me with the sole reason of them not being a good watch because they're too thick.
