@@NinjaKitchenUS Ok great! I'm planning to use it in my truck on the road. Thanks!
Hello Joseph, we are contacting you since we have received a response from our developers team. This team wants to inform you we advise against using any sort of convertors or extension cords. The unit should be plug directly into the wall. We hope this information has been useful to you.
Regards,
Diego
I watched the video and purchased the maker, will be returning it soon being you can’t set it to make one cup of coffee. For me to make one cup of coffee I must pre-measure the water for the cup size and I have to use the carafe aka glass pot. Doing this three times a day means I would end up wasting a lot of water and time rinsing the pot for my three cups of coffee. To read the settings on the front I had to get eye level being the print is very small. One more thing, what they call a cup of coffee will only fill my cup halfway. ;-)
We're sorry to hear the Ninja 12-cup Programmable Coffee Brewer doesn't meet your brewing needs. We want to thank you for your feedback regarding the machine. We've forwarded this feedback off to our developers. In the meantime, we recommend checking out some of our other coffee systems. They allow you to brew from a single cup up to a full carafe. Please check them out by going to spr.ly/6052zgs3a.
It is our pleasure, have a great day!
Why won't it shut off automatically? It stops brewing, but the power stays on.
@OneDayAfterAnother Umm, the warming plate stays on for 2 hours, then shuts off, but the unit stays on
The LED clock is burning out after only 2 years and so I can’t use the timer feature.
We're so sorry to hear that you're having issues with your display, Annie! Can you please send us a private message with some more details over on our Facebook page (spr.ly/6055M8ucD), so we can look into this further?
1 ninja scoop of coffee is half of what coffee roasters say to use. 2 cups per 6 oz cup is standard on all coffee bean bags. 1 scoop is WAY TO WEAK EVEN WITH RICH SETTING!
Why will my machine no longer brew? It seems I am having trouble with the clock and the normal brew. Sometimes it will work fine other times I have to keep pressing it until it takes or today I had to set it to delay brew for a time already past and then it brewed, I love this thing but this is getting old!
We are very sorry to hear that this is happening, Christina. To best assist you with this, we ask that you reach out to our phone support at 866-826-6941, Mon.-Fri. 9 a.m.- 9 p.m. ET, Sat. 9 a.m.-6 p.m. ET.
Do I need to put a paper filter on the basket ?
Hello Claudia, thanks for contacting Ninja®, we'll be happy to help. You can be sure that our Ninja Coffee Bar® units include a permanent filter. However, if you want to use a different filter, we advise to use a #4 cone paper filter. We hope this information has been useful to you.

Diego
can you please tell me is this cone or a flat basket?

Ninja 12 cup CE 200, how do you clean it?
Hi Aisha, thanks for reaching out to Ninja®. We appreciate your interest in our products and we are glad to assist you. In this case, we recommend cleaning your carafe with warm, soapy water, or placing it on the top rack of your dishwasher. If you want to clean the carafe more thoroughly, we recommend using a soft foam brush such as the one shown to the right.
Please let us know if you have additional questions.

I have this coffee maker and yes it is a good coffee maker, but the SMALL BATCH option makes no sense. Here's why - regardless of how much water you put into the reservoir, the coffee maker is going to use all of the water in the reservoir. So whether it's one cup of water or twelve cups of water, the coffee maker is going to use ALL of the water. The same is true with the SMALL BATCH option. You put in 2-4 cups of water and the coffee maker uses ALL of the water. So, since the coffee maker is going to use all of the water in the reservoir, then what is the point of the SMALL BATCH option? It's a stupid and redundant option that is used solely as an unnecessary selling point. For who? I guess for people who love the option of just a few cups of coffee when they make their coffee. Well, guess what, you don't need a SMALL BATCH option to do that. Just put in the amount of water and the coffee maker uses it all. The people that make this thing know this as well, but it's a selling point: an unnecessary one. I bought it for the removable reservoir and the CLEAN option. I'm only commenting on the SMALL BATCH option, because if you are thinking about buying the machine for this option, then go ahead. Just letting you know it means nothing.
Hi Paul, thanks for reaching out to Ninja®. We are sincerely sorry to hear that ou unit is brewing more than the expected. Due to the lack of Private Messaging functions on RUclips, please contact us by phone at 1-866-826-6941, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 9:00 pm EST, as well as Saturday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST, by email at cservices@sharkninja.com, or any of our Social Media networks in order to protect your private information from being posted publicly. Hope to hear from you soon. Maria
I have bought this unit for my girlfriend's birthday coming up, and although I've seen mostly positive feed back , this comment was struck the most . The entire reason I chose this unit over other cheaper ones was because I liked the idea of having a full reservoir, hitting "small batch" and not having to brew all of the water in the reservoir. Making it convenient for her use . I have to say that is a little disappointing.
@@CarlosCabrera-wb6my Like I said, no matter how much water you put in the reservoir, the coffee maker will use all of the water. I reached out to the "Ninja Kitchen," about this fraud and all they did was apologize for the machine using more water than I expected. Why they did that I have no idea, because the machine is built to do exactly that; to use all of the water in the reservoir when turned on. Therefore, the SMALL BATCH button is useless, a lie, an intentional fraudulent selling point. Call it what you want. Onward...
Hi Carlos. We are sorry to hear this. Please PM us with your email address, phone number, and model number so we can look into this further. Thank you
Hello Paul. We apologize for any confusion. We are happy to assist you with this. As you mentioned, your machine will use all of the water during the brew. With this said, you can add as little as 1 cup of water to the reservoir, or you can add up to 12 cups. To use the Small Batch option, we recommend that you put 4 cups or less of water into the reservoir.
