- Back with another house video! Today we are tackling the never ending terra cotta flooring. Taking up this floor was ENDLESS!! So glad we got it done. Learning to trust the process. We have so much more to do ahead of us, but we’ve come so far already when we look back. We are TIRED 😂, but we’ve got this! 💪🏽

This is incredible! I honestly cannot believe that this is your life. Maybe because I haven't seen a couple make so many decisions together and be calm, respectful, and easy about it all. I wish that weren't the case, but it is even though I've been married and have children. It's really beautiful to see you two living and thriving. You guys are doing a great job renovating the house! I know it’s a lot of hard work & time consuming, but you will be proud in the future everytime you walk through your house knowing that you created a beautiful home environment for yourself & family! ❤
When my husband & I moved into our home 28 years ago, we did the same thing and are thankful for our great home that we raised our two children in from birth to adulthood (my son is 27 & daughter is 20). 😊
Projects never end when you own a home ( spring cleaning inside & out ect) 😅😂 Take your time , Rome wasn’t built in a day ! So some things can be done next year. It will all come together soon! God bless and welcome to being new homeowners! 😃❤️

We ended up saving the good pieces and putting the rest in the dumpster! I feel like we could use the good pieces for a future project of some sort.
What color did you end up going with?
Went with the classic grey color by Benjamin Moore. I was slightly hesitant about it but I love it so much now!
I like to see women doing this sort of work. I’m a woman & I always enjoyed carpentry work. Good job to both of you. Also, you’re so pretty, kinda remind me of Lisa “Left eye” Lopez. 👍🏽🤗
