      Based off of one highlight reel? The game before this he scored 3 points in 28 minutes. The lakers problem is that Cam and Dlo need to be one player. Cam is a plus defender but basically a zero on offense. In 52 games for the lakers, he has averaged 5 points on 20 mpg. Dlo is the the opposite. They can't start Dlo because they need a defender (they don't have a single positive perimeter defender other than Cam), but Cam is the reason their offense stagnates.

    Austin Reaves 🔥🔥🔥🔥Lakers Keep These Players Goin They Got a Championship 🏆💯

  • @11bornrich
    @11bornrich 10 дней назад +86

    My biggest critique of the Lakers is that they lose focus too easily and start games slow. Too often, they’re playing catch-up from the start, or if they manage to build a big lead, they let their opponents right back into the game. What I appreciate about the Warriors is that they come out strong from the jump, building a lead early, then giving their bench the green light to either keep pushing the score or maintain it. You rarely see Golden State blow a big lead or constantly trail early on.
    If the Lakers could get their bench to play with the same confidence as the Warriors’ bench, giving them that same green light the starters have, and bring energy for the full 48 minutes, they’d be in a much better position. They play in bursts, but if they could start strong and keep up a high pace, instead of cycling through highs and drop-offs, they’d be unstoppable. There’s a clear hierarchy with the Lakers, it’s LeBron or AD at the top (Reaves ignores this and plays with a green light regardless😂), but they need to break away from that. It should be clear: if you’ve got it, go for it. Look how often Steph & Draymond steps aside when someone else has the hot hand or the “others” are on a roll, that’s why Golden State’s bench plays with the same confidence as their starters. Now imagine Lakers like that, it would be scary.

      They often start slow because that's how bron likes to manage his stamina, and he's the offensive engine of the team so they kinda have to follow his pace. On the rare times they do start running and built a lead, they often let the opponents catch up because they have one of the worst bench lineups in the league. Like, they're alright individually, but no one on the bench can drive the offense like lebron does, and most of them are scorers with little defense, so when the bench plays they're all waiting for the ball to score, but the ball ain't getting to them because no one can distribute the ball, and then they got caught because they lack defense. It's a problem that's hard to solve, their starting lineup is very good, but they cant play forever, and they rely too much on LBJ on the offense and AD on the defense.

      The 🐐 wins when it matters not mostly fail so this is a given man even if it is Jason Terry etc etc. He was never the greatest passer that is players like Stockton and magic etc it is why they have loads more assists etc etc. Against these rock bottom teams everything works man he can come away with his "skip defense" so in short it is what it is 😉

      No it wasn't. He took his 1st step off his left foot, then 2nd off his right foot and then the 3rd off his left foot. It's a travel because he initially gathered the ball on his first step.
      You'll see later on in the video he does a euro dunk, but no one called travel because he took 2 legal steps compared to 3 illegal ones

    Why in the world they say dlo off the bench is better?? Wasnt it that coach d. Ham dlo was from the bench... Ar was his starting gaurd... Thats why lakers last season was still a not a mediocre team...

      @penkima4923 10 дней назад +1

      D'Lo's efficiency per minute was better last season than AR's in the regular season. They both play atrociously bad defense, and neither one should be starting.

      Lakers need scoring off the bench and seem to be better off with a guy who can defend (Cam) paired with AR. DLO seems pretty comfortable in the role.

    Sin juego interno y tiros de media ... Y con una defensa blanda. Este es el básquet de hoy.
    Estos Lakers no demuestran nada nuevo.
    Le ganan a equipos más débiles.
