true fan:)
Legend ♥️
The fact that these guys still include such old songs in their sets is something I have always loved. Some bands will shy away from that almost like they are embarrassed of those songs but those songs are the ones they built their careers on. It makes it seem like thy don’t have confidence in the music they play. Enter Shikari never puts out a song that they will be embarrassed of the very next year. Plus I love the way they will tweak and update them. As a long time fan that is always fun to see how the music changes and adapts along with the band.
I am thinking about Asking Alexandria while reading your comment. It's strange, why they diceded to put a big cock on their old stuff
I just hope we're not waiting 6 years to hear The Bank of England live.
I love what you said in full, Rou has stated that he's become more confident as a lyricist and it shows in the sound of his vocals and it shines through the band as a whole, I do hate when bands shy away from old songs and think "don't forget your roots, even if you can't do the songs vocally due to growls or shrieks, do softer vocals, you still have the guitars, so blast out those classics! I'm glad BMTH are including Count Your Blessings/Suicide Season songs in their recent sets again.
Well, I have yet to find evidence of them playing "acid nation", "kickin back on the surface of your cheek", "keep it on ice" or "empty" in recent memory. I would totally love if they would play their EP's, singles and pre-TTTS at their shows now to show how much they've really changed, adapted and grown over the years
@@Mystic_Apollo I saw in an interview not long ago that they won't play Acid Nation live basically because Rob doesn't want to
@@PolarityMetal you have to link that, I know they can't play some songs due to copyright disputes with Merlin for some reason but I really don't know why Rou wouldn't want to play songs unless it's due to the amount of screaming (which he's cut back on alot even live) or because Rory wasn't a part of the band
I hope this band practice becomes a kerrang series
Agreed, I'd love to see more bands in a more relaxed environment just jamming haha
basements Me too. It was awesome!
ROu's voice gotten much better and he still has is dope screams too he just uses them here and there. But they are still there. This is dope too.
Derk Ender you can really tell they’ve been putting in the practice over the years
in extremes he squeezes vocals a bit too much, but I hope his chords are fine with dat
Derk Ender i
Anything can happen in the next half hour is one of their best songs
Rob’s drumming skills amaze me every time
these guys are pushing music to a whole new level. You can feel so much love and passion, regardless of an specific genre or style of music, never shy of trying out new things and sounds and always full of energy and emotion. Started to really listen to them not even a year ago, today enter shikari is definitely one of my favorite bands ever. Love those guys!
Will always be one of the GOATed bands for me
They are one of the most underrated most innovative bands!! Hell their harmonies alone should win them an award. This is what should be number 1 on the charts!!
@@davidpearson6346 just saying they should be huge!! Like on the radio instead of Taylor swift lol
16:30
After all these years I've noticed that THIS was an (in)voluntary foreshadow of Stop the Clocks lol
I want to be one of this 10 people in that room holy
Damn, I love this band. Their jams have heaps of influence from indie rock, tech, emo punk rock, hip hop and hardcore. Incredibly range. ❤️
This is why I love Enter Shikari. It's a band practice and they sound this good. Class band.
so beautiful. real artists
I always forget how fucking good a drummer Rob is.
Adam Green you joking right?
Rob is very hit and miss in my opinion, some songs his playing is boring and pretty generic but other songs like torn apart and there's a price on your head he really shines through
you can almost tell he enjoys heavier songs
I think he's great too. One of my favorites for sure. That bridge on Anything can Happen is fantastic. Always tasteful imo.
You guys are just amazing! Your music is wonderful, the chemistry of the band is unmatched, and I absolutley love the fact that you STILL play older songs!
Играют как надо, крутые
O.M.G. I've heard the "Shikari" before. But I haven't heard "The Sights". This is so coool!
Dwight from 'The Office" is looking well
I thought the same thing 🤣🤣🤣
need to see these boys live again next time they're round toronto. just incredible, tighter than ever before.
me encantas Enter Shikari!!!!
So good. Super lucky the few that got to be there
Undercover agents will be a huge hit!
Damnfool2 i agree. it's my favorite song from the album. it needs to have a music video.
You should hear it live... Its even better.
MrKestryl it's so much fun live!
Just saw them twice. It was.
Such a great band to see live. If you haven't I'd certainly recommend you do.
I'd say the best show I've ever seen
These fellas are so inspiring and talented
love that slow bit in anything can happen
Это шикарно !!! :)
The lead guitar tone is amazing!
I love how Undercover Agents sounded here too wow
Pfffff que banda de verdad !!! Y este nuevo álbum aunque diferente esta súper !!!!
AWESOME is the word!
Please Make This A Series
OK this is just great!!!
This is AMAZING
this was freaking awesome, I miss being in a band, great times
I love this band from 🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭
Did anyone else see the cross eyes? :') 13:08
this is awesome!!
Rou was in Bloodshot wearing this sweater
BR I LLIANT!!!
ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN!!!!!
супер , одна из любимейших групп !!!!! ))
My friends think this is weird music but but honestly I think their ears are just undeveloped or some thing cause this is some of the realest shit I’ve listened to, everything’s unique but flows off each other so well(and rvery now and again u get a breakdown or some hardcore riff)
God damn, these guys are so on point.
Amazing keyboard
That ROLI pad in the machine is so goddamn sexy. I need one of those
Álvaro Ruiz yeah they are great!
The machine is called Sparky ..
Wow
think this band is evolving.....oxo...
Best band ever and forever
Fallout boy mixed with M83. Really genius
1:47 omg someone else does it too, thank god
God he sings Jagers SOO GOOOOD
make this a series
I agree with some of the other comments here, as someone finding it really difficult to enjoy "The Spark" the mix of this helps a lot because you can hear a lot more of the drive instruments as opposed to it being VERY synth & A Capella on the album itself. I've seen them live recently in Manchester, this also helped! Such a vastly different album to ANYTHING they've ever done. Great video from Kerrang, hopefully they could get some other bands to do this!
I do like to see rob playing tremendously.
I wish I was in that room 😣
yess 05:00
Rory should sing more, hes awesome
all those instruments looks brand new
Pajarako Lecture I think they are, probably the one they bought for the next tour
I WOULD HAVE PAID SO MUCH MONEY TO BE THERE BRO YALL DONT UNDERSTAND
Fok... I would like to visit this 1x
I prefer The Sights with the "thunk" instead...Gives it a nicer tone to my ears
🌐✨
I winder what kind of glasses he is wearing, somebody knows?
That wasn't the Enter Shikari that I expected but, I only have good memories of them so, I give my best wishes to all of them.
The guitar player looks like Xabi Alonso...
is there "an ode to lost jigsaw pieces" video for drums part?
Them glasses make him look like a nonsing geography teacher
Lewis Mongon my geography teacher didn't sing either
Oi I'd Be Happy To Have Rou As My Geography Teacher, Even If He Is A Nonce
Anyone know what jumper rou is wearing ?
Will never know what Rory is saying at the start of Anything can happen
Where can I buy the audio??
Rou is so adorable tho
im wondering how they manage to change the guitar and vocel effects? Do they line up everything in some sort of automation clip or something?
i do not see any pedals there.
Yeah that's correct, if you can play to a click you can program midi patch changes for pretty much everything. Though this limits you to playing the songs live exactly how you programmed them, depends on what they want from it I guess.
We use ableton to send midi program changes to my digital amp (kemper) vocal effects are all done in the mix
@@roryclewlow years late and you probably won't see this but does the scope on the spark do anything other than look cool?
Does someone know what kind of guitar (brand, model) Rou is playing in the last song (Torn Apart)?
I believe its a custom Alpher Manta Elite.
I believe it's a custom build by Alpher Instruments
Alpher guitars, it’s a custom
Rory Clewlow I don’t know if you meant it, but this comment is the best.
How is this synth machine with the radar screen called?
"Sparky"
I really like there new dynamic, is it the same crew?
Byrd Main yeah same crew just new ideas
ty
Good content but would help if you showed the bits of interest like Rory c introducing a new riff in the middle of the sights instead of filming Chris out of focus doing the same shit you know ?
Levvis Bowness it’s their very first one. Cut them some slack. Sometimes during stuff like this, things get missed. They’ll probably get better about the filming and whatnot as they release more.
8:06 noice nail(s?)
Рашан пипл, ответьте!)
8:46 n̶o̶ sssweatt
The only video where Rou got the lyrics right to the first verse of ACH
Rou can i have a go lol
1:48 ok lars
Funny musical urinal
What are the other religions?
Dont talk to the neighbors
We have made mistakes from the beginning
Am i the only one triggered by anything can happen played on a tele? :D (Anyway it's awesome)
Jim Root of Slipknot has a signature Tele. What's your point?
@@widexawake_ Well i assume jim roots signature tele has active humbuckers, doesn't it? I guess i was more bothered by the fact that he played a heavy song with a single coil equipped guitar.
However four years have passed and opinions change, I actually prefer single coils over humbuckers now, even for heavier sounds.
@@hanoota I was going to say that in the current climate surrounding presets and artificial/digital sound, you can play anything ON anything. I play a PRS and I swap from fusion to death metal. The model and shape of the guitar doesn't mean as much these days and only serves to compliment an "aesthetic".
@@widexawake_ Couldn't agree more. You can and you absolutely should!
bass player looks bored playing the new shit
he also looks bored playing the old shit tbh.
Isaiah Alcaraz That's just what bass players do
You evidently have not seen him in concert, then
i don't understand the appeal of this music
I don't understand the point of this comment
Ugliest glasses and haircut ever, but good live performance
