oh my god im sooo glad you uploaded this!! I always get so inspired by your workings as an art witch myself. I have one big junk journal I'm using as a grimoire and I have an older binder grimoire and I always feel bad that I didn't finish the binder one before moving onto the junk journal one. But seeing the many versions you have and how you make them for different purposes really makes me feel better and gives me some clarity that it's ok to have a bunch of different kinds, and even if they aren't themed, who cares?! thanks molly!!

There was one from several years ago that I quote sometimes; "sacred if you make it so" is on the inside cover of all of my grimoires and I have used the phrase in many a discussion in an Interfaith cooperation context, including within formal courses. I also find so much comfort in your line about not holding oneself back from your craft "because you're afraid of fucking up your scrapbook." You were also my first introduction to the idea of charity as an offering! My point is that I've been following for many years and you have been one of the most influential figures in my witchcraft journey ❤ thank you so much for the beauty and wisdom you share with us all!!!

Molly you always inspire and ignite my creative flames to a combustible level that helps me create and really utilize my magical books, journals, grims in the mist authentic way possible. I see so many practitioners buy these incredible books to turn into Grimoires or BOS or just magical journals yet they remain blank for fear of "messing up" or " not being neat" and it's so sad that as creative spiritual beings we let something so silly stop us from using these as extensions of our craft. Finding you all those years ago in the middle of my witching journey helped me see that living in the moment and really using that creative spark to just get stuck into these books was life-changing in my witching world. Thank you for being that flame stoking majestic, magnetic creative sprite because we need more ethereal beings like you in spiritual community reminding us to live boldly and just wreak creative havoc on those witchy books of ours 💜💜💜
This is beautifully chaotic ! I personally would never be able to structure my magical practice this way as an adult, but my inner child is absolutely thrilled at the idea of incoroporating some of these ideas into my own practice occasionally ! It reminds me of the puppet plays that took place in my school as a child in a way, so whimsical and colorful !
Oh, wow, I don't know why it didn't occur to me to use shopping bags as paper-- my state switched from plastic to paper shopping bags at the beginning of this year, and while it's much better for the environment, they aren't as easy to store as plastic bags, so I have stacks of the things all over my apartment. Cutting them down to make them into paper is such a good idea, thanks for the tip!
I have journals which I use for everything and now I have created magical journals. When I use my everyday journal I tend to write everything in it and that is including spells I have made up or copied from a book or pintrest. And I reread them and that is how I remember what happened that year and my magical journal I rewritten the spells I have done into that and so I know where to go to for spellls or oils and now even cooking recipes I have found in books I have read. Molly! I love your free spirit, your art, just... blown away. I feel so stuck and scared of doing anything artsy even though I have tons of art supplies. I just don't touch them for fear of feeling I did something wrong and now I've used that piece and can't use it again elsewhere... It's ridiculous. Been like that for years even though I've amassed a wide variety of media. This is a lot to ask, and I understand if it's too much and not of interest to you, but if you ever did a workshop to get people unstuck art-wise, I would sign up in a heartbeat!
