The old version was showing more Thai uniqueness than this new one. The background music is simply a modern jingle. Even this looks more international, it seems this was not carefully produced unlike the previous one.
Thai airways cabin crew and the I interiors of the aircraft loook so rich and very appealing.. such a lovely royal purple shade !! And the uniform of the air host as well!!!
Me too. So excited. I love Thai Airways, their service is 100% classy and comforting. I get the special Vegetarian meal, with a Thai dish in vegetarian style, which always tastes good. And the cabin crew are so nice and thoughtful. Such a nice flight from London - Bangkok and Bangkok-London, I look forward to this year's trip!

Thai Airways staff - both ground staff and inflight - are soooo Professional, yet still convey that adorably Thai warmth and caring attitude (even to those rude and annoying passengers who do not deserve it!)

No sir the old ones got a perfect ambient music to go along with the nice and smooth explanations from flight attendances this one is better in detail but then it can't escape the feeling that this one is like they on a rush or something while old one is just rolling along the ears nicely and that's good thing since passengers expect to be relaxed by that time the clip rolling this new one is enough to wake someone up that's for sure.

Don t be so sure about that..had some delays and had to rebook my ticket at the old Dong Muang airport..some thai staff whose spoke substandard english and hardly gave any information.
I went once but my family said now i go to japan each year. Nagoya Sapporo and Osaka. Next time I am going to Tokyo and Hakodate. This time is Tokyo-Hakodate-Sapporo-Osaka

ความจริงต้องขอออกตัวว่าชอบความกระชับเข้าใจง่าย รวมถึงกราฟฟิกต่างๆที่ใหม่และทำให้ผู้โดยสารดูได้ง่ายขึ้น ซึ่งใช้กันในหลายยสายการบิน แต่สิ่งที่ขาดไปและทำผมยังชอบเวอชั่นเก่าอยู่ก็คือความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ ของการบินไทยหายไปเพลงประกอบของเก่าคลาสสิกและแสดงความเป็นการบินไทยได้ดี ในเวอชั่นเก่ามีตอนที่กับตันมาพูดต้อนรับ ทำให้เกิดความอบอุ่นมั่นใจให้กับผู้ชม ถ้าสามารถนำจุดดีของทั้งสองเวอชั่นนี้มารวมกันได้จะดีมากเลยครับ
