It's not a debate question, it's an interviewer's lead-in question. In the 2014 Gaza War, only five Israeli civilians and one tourist were killed by Hamas rockets, whereas Israeli airstrikes resulted in over 2,000 deaths, according to official UN statistics. The fact of the matter is that Hamas ordnance is pretty basic. They've only killed nine people so far. But I don't mind because I really appreciate how my ancestors pulled off Manifest Destiny in North America and figure the Jews are having their chance. But they'd be better off paying the Arab Muslims to leave and go to places like the Emirates, where the locals are just as wealthy as Jews but they're Arab Muslims. The birth rate in Gaza is higher than nearly anywhere outside Africa, so a few hundred dead families is a drop in the bucket. They should have arranged for them to leave in 1967.

The brutality of Israel bombing simply outdoes Palestine's actions.

What you must realise when Israel was helped by foreign intervention was that after seizing enough land a myriad of Jews from elsewhere all migrated to the occupied land that Israel have gained. Yes Jews suffered a lot but if you truly sympathised with the victims of injustice and discrimination then open you eyes, re think and take a look at what is happening to Palestians, facing injustice, land which were rightfully theirs then suffering a lot when Palestine slowly lost their lands. Since 2000, 5848 people lost their lives due to this crisis and that is just the reported deaths. Don't forget the deaths since 1948. What will always remain true is that Palestine was their first and Israel went against their beliefs stealing land and killing people. Muslims and other races (I can name them all but I will keep it short so there wont be much for u to read and ur welcome btw) have all suffered in the name of discrimination and injustice.
Think of the casualties that is yet to come. Will you still applaud Israel if they should completed their objectives? The suffering of Palestinian's? While their homes are taken and as the Jews would say it when they steal Palestinian's homes "if i don't steal it, someone else will." If Israel continue down this path, they are no better than the oppressors were when they made Jews suffer and die. As time progresses, nations (and people) once holding their religious beliefs as sacred would decline (it already is at a low if u look at Israel).
