Hard to compare due to the coverstocks. The solids you mentioned will read the lane earlier and give you a smoother reaction whereas the nuclear being pearl will store energy until down lane and then snap. Using a ball like the axiom or ufo would be better on fresh patterns then switching to the nuclear after a couple games to get down the lane more when the lanes start to dry up. Only bowled a handful of games before quarantine with the nuclear but the ball will come back from anywhere

this pattern makes 90 percent of these balls look the same lol

This is still 1/4", but the bevel makes it look closer.

@@MikeDomi0618 It lowers the pressure off of my fingers and helps prevent cuts. Haven't had one since!
