- You need to backup your gateway data first
1 You can follow the steps that software show you
2 After you fininshed your step 1 . put dashboard back to car ,check if the mileage will return back
3 if return back , you can wipe your EZS , sometimes the mileage will reset 0 when you wipe your EZS
Tips , our FBS3 function can stop most of the EZS mileage return back to instrument . so ,suggest you do it follow the steps .if it not work then you wipe your EZS

It doesn't work boys and girls. I did a Mercedes w211 today. EIS was deleted, changed the mileage on the IC, removed the battery and re-connect it. The mileage on the EIS has not changed. I'll be contacting support on Monday and see what they have to say. I'll keep you posted!!!

It doesn't work boys and girls. I tried this today on a Mercedes C220 (w204). I read the EIS and deleted it. Then I backed up the Gateway files. Then I read the mileage. On the dashboard was showing 198889 km and on the EIS 0 milage. I entered a new mileage and pressed write. I never managed to write the mileage. I also tried to write the Gateway files back and I was getting a message saying the CGDI MB cannot write to the gateway, use CG Pro to do that. Waste of time!!!
Write back with cgpro. cgmb can not write this gateway file.
