A while ago, I’ve done a method where I put my phone away in my drawer, and relied on my apple watch (for phone calls and music), pocket notebook, and pen (to journal). This was really effective and willing to do it again.
I wish I could do this but my Fitbit is so finicky. It randomly disconnects from my iPhone without knowing. I really want a minimal watch too, so I’m not just on my watch texting and calling either

in my case what i know is once I watch an episode of some series it is difficult for me to stop, even when I know I have more important things to do, like even if I know I have a test 2 days later, I've gone mad I literally get super guilty and still keep watching something, even when I sit to study, I take at least 30m before actually sitting to study. idek what do I change I just get sad and guilty but still keep watching content mindlessly
No wonder you are not a gazillionaire clayboi chilanchrophist, it should be no more than 7.5 min average!!! Jokes aside, that's great man! How do you do it?
@@sh-ehmed whenever i use it i set a timer to stop me and you have to be in the presence of mind and make separate time in the day to use phone like when eating or exercising
Sadly it’s all I have lol My life’s very boring All my friends are dead and I’m getting older I don’t smoke drink so drugs so don’t fit in with ppl No kids or relationship Health issues Mental health… Boredom and isolation All I really have is a tv and phone Can’t stand them tho
i’m sorry you’re going through that. things will get better. many of those things you listed (that are within your control) can change if you want them to. not everything is permanent. when you feel ready, you can get out there and go get the things you want 💝
