Toy Shops of Tokyo - Vol. 6 Mandarake Shibuya

There are a few shops in Tokyo that even people outside Japan have heard of. Mandarake is one of them. With locations throughout Tokyo and Japan itself, today we take a look at arguably their most famous shop: Mandarake Shibuya!

SO funny to see a Mandarake through someone else's' eyes. All the western Superhero/Star Wars stuff is just in my way. I want to see the kaiju soft vinyls and vintage robots. I see Disney-owned junk too much as it is
To each their own though! They certainly offer something for everybody. Just funny to go all the way to Japan and see so much of the same products we already get.

Very true. It’s great to check out the local stuff. As for me, I really don’t know enough about everything to offer thoughts on them but the Godzilla stuff and the 70s and early 80s anime stuff is really my love when I comes to Japanese product on these types of stores. Give me a store focusing on Leiji Matsumoto and I’ll be a happy guy
