I am an ex frankfinn student they never arranged any cabin crew interview nor given any placements as they claim. U dont require any cabin crew training by any Institute the airline provides it. Aspire high and fligh high... Also one thing frankfinn dose lots of partiality in selecting candidates. Thats a very sad part that good people dont get opportunity to even perform.

Hi maam , i did my pre screening 2 weeks back , and they didnt even took my PI. Just english test , height check and scar. And to send the documents to an email and also asked for the hard copies . Thats it, they told me they will contact me. Till now no response .

First of all frankfinn is not an recruitment agency for cabin crew. Emirates takes all the rights to take the interview on their own airline terms..Frankfinn just provides them the space for the interview(so that they can advertise and attract more students ).. i search it from Google and mere khiyal me first interview me he ap ko pata chal jata hai ap ki selection ya rejection ka and aghr ap ki selection ho jay ap ne us din me sab stages crack ker lia hai to then ap ko mail ay gha some full lenght pics ka and for training i think asa nai hai k pehky Frankfinn interview karain and then Emirates
No, frankfinn conducts prescreening . If you are selected in prescreening then only you get interview invite from Emirates. This is mentioned on Emirates official website.
No , the one conducted by frankfinn is the pre screening not the interview. And interview is conducted by Emirates. Pre screening includes your scar check , BMI and basic questions like mock interview

@@drcreations1790 first they will give you an English test(5th grade) which are very easy , then check your weight and height after that one of the hr will take one to one round who will ask basic questions like introduce yourselves and questions from your CV and also don't forget to carry your CV and a full size photograph 4 inch × 6 inch
