She actually did that. As said by Dr.Polo, she was going to send an order to the state department, which basically prevents them from issuing the child a passport, which means she won’t leave the country unless it’s by court order.

@@adriand5066 I just watched an episode that confirmed that, at best, these are reenactments, as in that episode the judge was questioning a 13 year old girl if she was being sexually abused, and by whom, in an open courtroom and on camera. But of course, the knowledge that these are either re-enactments, or outright made up cases, doesn’t prevent me from being hooked on these videos.
I just love the judge, although if the cases were real, and were being filmed as they occurred, there is no way in hell she’d allow plaintiffs and defendants to constantly interrupt each other, as well as the judge herself, as she’s tough and I have no doubt she’s would shut that crap down in a heartbeat, as we’ve seen Judge Judy do in “the days of old.) 😁
