I absolutely agree. However if she cannot be forced to abort ACS can definitely intervene on behalf of said infant and become the baby's' guardian. At that time ACS can put the baby into a foster to adopt program. Our foster care system is in shambles , but there are many families looking to adopt newborns. If this 12 year old has the baby and it goes to the aunt and things do not go well and the then child enters the system at a less adoptable age there is a guarantee of major problems.
I feel she should be able to give birth to the baby then put it up for adoption so she could still have a future and nor be held back by a child at such a young age or have her mother have to take care of it and miss out on opurtinities for their family.
But then for putting the baby in the adoption system yes it’s in shambles but even with families continuously looking for children in this system shouldn’t it be far better than it is now if that’s the case. And putting it in adoption could also hurt the child psychologically and emotionally. The child could feel as if its not loved by its mother and feel neglected even with the new family. It could also cause the child to start questioning their place and what to do. Then there is also the bright side that maybe the child will have a good life and grow up to be happy. I’m no expert or smart person in this field but I have some friends who have been adopted and I’ve seen both sides of how kids feel about being adopted. Just how the child may feel

En realidad la niña no parece de 12 años sino de 14 o 15 años. La segunda la madre nunca debio darle a su tia su hija sino quedarse con ella y protegerla. Que macabro plan el de la tia.
Mirando este caso les cuento que perdí una primita de tan solo 17 añitos producto de un parro a tan temprana edad. Esa tía es una irresponsable y manipuló muy bien a la niña tanto la niña como ella dejaron espacar que era un mero negocio. Gracias doctora por decidir de esa manera

The other lady is mostl lilely either going to jail or staying at home with a fine for taking anchild that wasn't hers. Until further investigation, she will probably own the child through adoption papers from the father and not the mother

I feel iffy about abortion. it has its ups and downs. When it comes to a 12 yo having a baby.... it’s not good. Obviously she was manipulated into having one. I dont think it’s healthy for an average 12 to to go through birth. She’s in what 6th grade? Shes not even close to high school so I don’t think she needs the baby. Then again there are so many kids that are not adopted or even put into horrible homes. I have no clue what I would do in a situation like this

I agree with the ruling. The aunt was using that child. Took her to Venezuela to have sex with God knows who. If you noticed the 12 year old told the judge that she wants the baby because it's "good business. My aunt will keep the baby and she'll pay for my school and give me money to go out" It's soooooo fucked up on both ends. The aunt groomed and brainwashed that little girl basically saying "I'll buy you whatever you want if you get pregnant"

You got that right! I know someone (won't say who) that told me they were more 'mature' (big boobs to be specific). She got reprimanded by a teacher because her shirt was too tight. Little did the teacher seem to know or care. That this girl was not in any sort of wealthy family (hence no new clothes, was growing out of them, were getting tight). In other words this young lady was not trying to look sexy (tight shirts). And this took place in like the mid 1950's. Amazing what some may assume.
