To re-examine a witness does the party who called him have to seek permission of court by filing a petition?
ma'am can you tell about police verification when you had false FIR in past that is cancelled by court). is that impact on your govt job verification or it is necessary to write about this information in filling up when when are you asking about
is there any FIR on you??? yes or no. what will be select in yes or know? please tell!
If the FIR is pending then you need to write the details else..if the case is decided on merits and no charge found then no need to write in the examination form.
