Shouldn't infra. be top priority at this point, i.e.: ID H2 customers of choice and supply him all that he needs. No steam reformer H2 though, as that would defeat the purpose, every H2 molecule produced should ideally come from electrolysis, no matter the power source. Otherwise 10 years from now, discussion would still be spinning around Catch-22.
