i know this video is old but many thanks for uploading it. It's still useful, not everyone plays the "hardcore" modules!!! thank you
good comment
though it was made ~4yrs from this post, it is entirely relevant to the game.
It's not an old video/tut, it's a land mark.
Fantastic videos! My god! I need more! Lifetime subscriber here now. Now i just need money for trackir, and the a10c
AGM 65s are my go to for taking out AA/AAA sites. Little bit of standoff and easy to use. They're also super cheap IRL, at least compared to other options. It's been in production a long time.
Very good. Been a while since I flew the hog, but my comrades I fly with are going to be using again, and I had forgotten quite a bit.
Really good video helped me understand it a lot more. Thanks🙏🏼
is there a autopilot for this aircraft that flys over waypoints like the su-25t?
Thanks just bought the fc 3 and after the su 27 this is a lot easier now
Great stuff!
Welcome back, sir. You have been missed.
And yeah, any chance of you teaming up with ralfidude?
Thanks for telling the keys, others are like, go to air to ground mode, select agm-65 zoom in and out, go up down, now lock, fire!
Wish You Would be willing to do this for the F/A-18C and F-14 when it comes out
Your helping my new vr pilot life more than u know...thanks!!!
So, how do you know you are "not" firing upon friendly's? Is there a briefing on location of enemy, I imagine..?
Yes. In the 104th they have a map with designated target areas full of goodies for you to shoot at. Not sure if that's the standard or not.
If friendly and enemy units were in the same area, wouldn't they be shooting at each other? :P
Are you using TrackIR?
What is a good altitude and distance from target to do this to avoid being locked up by SAMs?
+TysonCrump depends on wich type of SAM is being used, flying very low/NOE and following valleys and ridgelines helps to avoid SAMs
+bmbpdk Ok thanks, and I have one more question. Is jinking the best way to avoid enemy AA fire in an open area with no terrain to hide behind? Thanks.
+TysonCrump that is what saved me many times, changing altitude and heading at the same time as popping CM can save your day
+bmbpdk Ok thanks, I'll have to practice
+TysonCrump It really depends some sams have a range of 3miles which i believe is the shortest range in the game but some have up to 30-40 miles.
I realise you probably won't read this since its such an old video, but i tried this and bombing but every time i try to pickle my gun starts shooting instead. Thoughts?
As far as i remember, the gun has his own firebutton. if you select your Mavericks and trying to deploy by hitten your main firebutton, the gun gets deployed. maybe rebind them.
i figured it out shortly afterwards, but thanks anyway
so are is your trigger making me brrrrrp machine go off? for bombs and stuff on your wings make sure the trigger is set to weapon release not on weapons fire
