Arslan means lion in turkish. Az is a really cool way to shorten it.

I love how when you told him to stop chasing he immeadiatly stops, even if a part of him clearly wants to keep going. His natural curiosity isn't leading his actions, he is actually following your training! I imagen he'll be a very reliable guardian dog to the ducks and the whole homestead😊

Well, aside from consuming an entire nest of duck eggs a few days ago…but with the listening skills he has here I’m sure he’ll get the hang of protecting the eggs too!

@@durkpaul300 I don't think they were saying anything is wrong here. In fact I interpreted the comment you replied to as defending Az, saying he's still a good boy, even if he needs a little more training here and there. Then again tone can be hard to convey through text so I could just be wrong.

Awe so sweet. It’s so funny because him just walking is “chasing” the kittens with such a long stride but he tries to go so slow it’s absolutely adorable.
Its so impressive to me how quickly Az reacts to just his name being called.

Teach him the meaning, Be Nice. It covers pretty much all things puppies do wrong that's ruff😊 and then some and quicker to say, easier for them to know what it means not to do. He's gonna be so happy when older and smarter you get him a big buddy to play with😊😊😊

I got a black lab, German shepherd mix. This dude's almost 3 and still has that crazy puppy energy. I hope your Az and my Bandit can calm down soon. Love the videos man

Hes so freaking cute with his big lips thay dangle down when he hangs his head. Theres something so comforting about him, hes big enough to hurt someone if he needs to protect his stead but gentle with soulful eyes. I love watching all the animals interact with each other and watching the young animals grow. ❤

You're doing a great job Nate. The cats will let Az know if he gets to rough. A swat to the nose or a claw in a nostril is a great teacher.

Every vid I watch shows you're doing a great job training Az. He's doing so well with being attentive to both your commands and your responses to his actions and his approach with the Kittens and his new Toad buddy has been very gentle which can be hard for such a big dog, especially when they're still growing and aren't fully mentally across how big they actually are compared to their new friends. Looking forward to seeing Cloak and Katana grow up with their big brothers, I'm sure they'll be riding shotgun on protecting the property in no time.

I remember when you first got Aslan, but I can hardly remember how he looked at the time. It would be super cool to gather some of his young puppy videos, then take some new ones of him in the same areas to compare his size!

I love this dog so much. The breeder deserves all the credit in the world. His genetics are incredible. For such a massive imposing dog he is nothing but gentle to all the animals on the farm. The second AZ senses any danger he goes into full Terminator mode.

As a person who is surrounded by dog owners that don't train their dogs, can't even get them to stop barking in the middle of the night, it amazes me and confounds me at how well all of your animals interact and behave. You've done tremendous work with them sir, my compliments.
