My point is that she has strong enough haki for Law not to be able to move her, but it wasn't enough for Kid not to magnetize her. However, outside of Law and possibly Vergo, no one has intentionally used haki to negate or reverse the effects of a devil fruit power. I think we will need to see a bit more before it is decisive on how this works.
