Nice video! I was in Turkmenistan back in july of 2018 at a beach side resort in Awaza and then we flew Turkmenistan Airlines Boeing 737 to Ashgabat. It was my first and definitely the last time flying with them. I doubt they are a safe airline. No safety demonstration or video before take off. Weird sounds and smell in the cabin which ive never experienced before. But the airports are surprisingly modern! Like you would expect in a totalitarian dictatorship in an oil rich country.
Money is not the major difference of n.korea and turkmenistan. It is actually neutrality. North Korea is an anti imperialist state that fought wars against the western bloc like Cuba did. Hence you hear alot about them. Turkmenistan does not want to anger anyone, that is why most people dont know. They are a silent dictatorship that want to be a gulf state type country.
On any airport runway in the world, u wl find two numbers written at both the two ends of the runway. What's the meaning/significance of these two numbers and what's the difference between the two numbers n why is the difference always constant for all the runways in the world ?
Nice video!

Turkmenistan Airlines is my favourite.
Mine 2 I love asgabat
Very interesting for such a secluded country. Reminds me of a wealthy North Korea located in the middle east.
This is exactly what I thought too
Ты прав. Туркменистан это вторая Сев. Корея .
Its in central asia, not in the middle east
@@smyokie maybe turkmenistan is included in “greater middle east” area like pakistan is.
@@UnstoppableEmpire it’s not in the Middle East at all tho? It’s in Central Asia.. their culture is nothing like the middle east

Salam Turkmenler kanalyma agza bolayyn!
Maşallah.
Super olmuş!!!
Its feels weird ..but i like it... do they have IFE or business class for International flight?
Not sure about the larger planes, but there were none on my plane. If I had to guess I don’t think any of the fleet would have them.
amir florant Turkmenistan airlines have no IFE, and their 777’s, the only plane they have with IFE’s, are just stuck on one screen.
yea there is business class on most of the fleet, even the 737s

Its the runway number and it's different on each end bc of the direction the plane should land from

Why do they invest so much money into the capital and these airports when they barely want anyone in there.
Just for bragging. Tipical DICTATORIAL country.
and they built a big sport complex in ashgabat with monorail whereas no many people there 😐
