I have watched this video many times and everything looks so cool. I have one question regarding my Toyota rav4 2010 2.2 diesel, can I fit 245/70/R16 tyres without having to do any mods like suspension and other stuff? Thank you!
Dope build brother! Would you recommend this setup on the 4 cylinder or only the V6 version? I have a 4 cylinder RAV4, looking to do something very similar. I'd imagine it would probably drop the gas milage by a considerable amount. Maybe if I go with lighter wheel setup? Thanks!
I’ll tell you this much, I had a 4th gen RAV 4 cylinder and it was scary slow (due to the CVT) and upgrading wheels and tires to a bigger size would have been the worst thing possible. I will say you won’t find a lighter and more well suited tire than the Nomad Grappler but you might be able to find a lighter wheel but not by much. The Reika’s are flow formed to help with strength and weight. If you’re willing to trade off some acceleration, and some MPGS you will ABSOLUTELY love a lifted RAV on Nomad Grapplers.
