As far as I'm aware Infernum doesn't change the nameless deity fight in any way, other than making adrenaline charge slower. However this is irrelevant considering how nameless deity breaks the adrenaline and rage bars after the first phase, which is by far the easiest.
I actually couldn't even use my adrenaline at all even if it was full and not broken by nameless deity, although that might be due to me using draedons heart, I'm not sure
this looks INSANE... ive currently just beaten the moon lord in calamity (also fargos souls mod an wrath of the gods) and i cant believe i can beat this

Sincerely hope Dominic can make actual changes to Nameless in Infernum. Considering that they are also a creator of the Infernum mod.

Technically this is death mode, Infernum changes nothing besides boss AI for bosses that are supported and it uses death mode as a base for its stats

not sure what you mean, i dont have any performance mods installed if thats what your wondering. Its all pc specs wise
I would wanna try out these mods but I don’t got a good laptop so gg
just use like 3 fps boosters like me for a lil better fps depending on how many mods
now do it with copper shortsword
it took me days just to do it on revengence mode
it took me 6 tries to do it on death mode + master
