sorry I have more questions, 6:57 you mention combine and connect. what are we combining or connecting. the freeze frame with the frozen background?
Oh that was just my poor word choice. i just meant to make sure there's not a blank space in between your 2 shots (Visually you would see a black frame)

Hii actually I watched your tutorial it was fabulous but I have a doubt that in this tutorial u told how a person can teleport into the shot so if we have to exit from the shot through teleportation how we will do that . please reply
It's the same concept except reversed and the shot with no one in it would come last. Hope that helps!

hey, i've had a problem with following this tutorial, with the roto brush... When I outlined the object, it didn't highlight it in pink, so i was wondering if you know what the problem with this is
Gotcha, sometimes it depends on the quality of your footage. the lower the quality the less likely the AE can pick up the pixels with the rotobrush. Instead of the rotobrush you can just use the Pen tool to manually mask out your character as well. Let me know if that works!

@@FeodoraSusilo yeah! essentially it's just doing the same thing a rotobrush would do but the long way without AI helping

so I followed step by step and when I scale my layer instead of cropping/ rotoscoping thing I did being just him, the whole shot shrinks
Which layer are you referring to? I'll need some more detail about why you are scaling.

its seems that the roto brush did not isolate just my character so the whole shot scales
@@JECohen84 Gotcha, did you close up the roto mask completely around the character? Make sure to connect it back with the pen tool to the first point you made

You don't necessarily need it to complete the tutorial. The drive just includes an asset you can use but I will find it and re-upload it
