Michael Lowry accuses Brendan Howlin of making "nasty and offensive" comments

- Michael Lowry hit out at Brendan Howlin after the Labour TD Howlin raised a report from the Tipperary Star that Lowry will have “access” to Varadkar in return for supporting today’s vote.
He called the comments "nasty and offensive”, and said he believes Labour’s Alan Kelly is behind them.
