RED TAIL GIANT GOURAMI! New Fish in the Fish Room

Hey guys! Meet Dave, the newest addition to the Fishroom.
Dave is is 4 inch Red Tail Giant Gourami (Osphronemus laticlavius) native to South East Asia. He will grow massive & I can’t believe he is in the Fish Room.

Aussie here too.
I got a RTGG the exact same time is seems you got yours!
Mines grown a tonne and colouring up beautifully.
Getting very personal.
Hes living in my 1000L tank with my Little New Aussie Lungfish (got a month aftet my RTGG) and Siamese algae eaters, plecos, whiptail cats, roseline sharks.
The tanks doing awesome.
Hope yours is cruising amazing too! Gonna keep posted to see how yours grows at the same time as mine!

I have a small RTGG with an 9 inch NTT, 10 WC upper jaw Polypterus, 9 inch Pink Tail Chalceus, and Ctenolucius Hujeta (Rocket Gar)....it is quite the oddball mix, but everything gets on pretty well. I love RTGG's probably one of my all time favorites. I love Snakeskin Gourami's too....very good to eat as well lol.
