I just booked this room but im honestly a bit disappointed.I feel like if you pay for Ocean view, you should get an Ocean view

Yeah, I get the disappointment as the wording is intentionally confusing IMO. They get you by using "Ocean VIEW". The rooms you're probably thinking of they call "Beachfront" rooms and they're only in the Excellence Club. The room types at this hotel are pretty complicated IMO. If you wanted a "Beachfront" room, you'd need to book a room in buildings 3C, 5C, 7C, or 9C. These are all Excellence Club (EC) rooms. They're called EXCELLENCE CLUB BEACHFRONT HONEYMOON SWIM-UP SUITE and EXCELLENCE CLUB BEACHFRONT HONEYMOON TWO-STORY ROOFTOP TERRACE SUITE WITH PLUNGE POOL. There are also Imperial Suites in 9C.
Here's a great resource to explore the resort and see the various room types. It appears they now classify Oceanview rooms only in building 8B (we were in 6B).
