Thank you for the nice and informative vedioe. As I am working on it currently. One important point to mention is a mismatch on the 3rd prime end of the primer is intentionally put for the additional primer specificity
If you are using it for research purpose then, find a research paper and authors who have published a paper on TETRA ARMS PCR. Seek their guidance. I am sure if they are nice, they will help you with this.
This video really help me to understand the ARMS PCR, thank you so much.
Tanks. Stay connected for more.
This is an absolutely brilliant explanation. Thank you!

by designing ARMS PCR Primer, the primer sequence not complementary to the gene sequence, why
excellent
Thank you so much, This video is very helpful !!!!
Thank you sooo much for this video sir🙏
how do you make inner primer is with the same sequence ?
Sequence will be same. Just the region within that sequence will be different.
Sir, what is the difference between it and Allele specific PCR (AS-PCR) ?
I have created an arms primer; might I perhaps email it for revision?

Gracias.
How to desing primers for tetra arms pcr
There is an logiciel named primer 1
Sequencing of DNA by Sanger...plzzz make video on this topic sir 🙏🏻
nice video, do you recommend putting all of the four primers in one PCR? Thanks
Exactly.
How can we design if there is deletion or frameshift
@Shah. Need more details to answer.
Thank you 🙂✌
