I have settled on the Arca Swiss L bracket on my camera. It allows me to do vertical and horizontal and there are a lot of accessories. This looks nice for a heavier setup and for slider mounting especially with the rotating feature. I could see mounting this to a tripod and then putting in an arca plate on the mating side for light items like cameras and lights, and revolver plates on sliders and video rigs as well as long lenses. It would be very easy to get the benefit of both systems this way for a tiny bit more weight. Thanks as always for the great review
So the revolver quickly system help you to mount your camera from the tripod to monopod or slide more easily more quickly and also efficiently, it literally save your time, The design of the system has two components, After twisting every 60° you can mounted the camera on the female head, which help you to not using that annoying screw and screw on and off, it’s really convenient, good job Richard, fantastic review!
i've tried multiple quick-release systems for tripod heads including the new Manfrotto move. the zeapon revolver is hands down the best. it is best used to quickly swap between tripod and tripod 'heads'. for me, this is a ball head, fluid head, and syrp magic carpet. with the revolver, i can quickly swap between the ball, fluid, and slider; and on top of the slider, fluid head or syrp genie. the Manfrotto move is way too tall, it is a smaller diameter, the plate diamter is significantly smaller than the revolver plate and it costs double the price.
This Zeapon revolver quick release will help me to set-up my camera and tripod fast, Because everytime I was putting my camera in tripod it's takes a minute before I finished it * it's absolutely waste of time*. Hoping to have this quick release.
I'll need a couple...thanks Richard. One for Zeapon slider and one for Manfrotto head. I think you should start smiling at yourself sooner while saving time in the split screen ;) Looks like a very solid product...I've seen it a few weeks ago, but couldn't find a price(!).
hey I'm trying to be modest so trying to resist the temptation to laugh at myself hahaha Good luck David! Oh and I've just added the price to the description above, which I believe is the official retail price.
I tried the Peak Design camera clip before. Great design and their products are always great quality! However i feel that clip is better for smaller camera setup.. once I added a bigger lens, I just feel it swing/bounce a bit too much. But your GH5S with a small prime is probably not a problem !
Vladimir You are the winner of this giveaway!!! can you please email me your full name/ delivery address / phone number and I'll get that arranged. You can find my email address from my RUclips profile :)
The Zeapon Revolver Quick Release would help me with my content creation work and save so much time, I will need at least 3 though, would be good if Zeapon can offer bundle packs :) Would love to win one to kickstart my experience. Thank you Richard for sharing.
When you try to attach your camera directly to the Zeapon micro 3 slider, then you have to aim the hole in the bottom of your camera to the pin of Zeapon plate, and when you try to press your camera onto the pin, the pin retracts! I am going to ask a smith to solder it shut, cause I absolutely hate it

Again that annoying retractable mounting pin… maybe I’m doing something wrong but I can not press the outer ring down; it doesn’t stay put. And when it does, it’s so annoying to attach your camera directly to the micro 3 slider. Beautiful product but this thing ruins the experience for me. I dread it each time i have to use it, so I was hoping this product would not have it, but it does, so the problem is just moved …
hmm.. you shouldn't need to manually push the outer ring down. Just attach the camera and it should automatically push the outer ring down. You may need to wiggle the camera a bit to make sure the position is right, but after doing it once or twice, it just becomes muscle memory and I didn't even think about it. It really should take less than a second or two at most to attach it correctly.
@@TheRealRichardWong Hm good point, the camera should push down the redundant outer ring itself. I managed to do it with the large ring that is attached to the downside of the large pons pan/tilt main motor. I’ve been struggling for the last hour to get the app to work now … the firmware update screen shows multiple of the same products (the image of the tripod with slider tilted on top of it, with a long code of letters and numbers underneath), and when I select the ‘wrong’ one (apparently?) the loading circle just keeps on spinning endlessly. When I skip that part, often times the pan/tilt head isn’t recognised by the automated Bluetooth connection, and I need to restart and hope for the best. Then when I want to use the manual buttons, and would like to find the instructions, I follow the link in the app that is supposed to direct to the manual, but instead it leads to a non-existent web page. Also the app is full of bad and confusing English. I’m really super disappointed in the software part of this slider … Thanks for your response anyway, it’s nice to get some support from someone haha. Your channel rocks btw, keep it up!
Who want to win the Zeapon Revolver Quick Release? :D And does anyone use any similar quick release system? Do you like it or not?

It saves you a lot of time … I like this system as I using same setup ( Lumix S5 + zeapon slider plus)
And you are in the draw Mohamed! Awesome setup you got !! :) Good luck!
Interesting product with a unique appearance. As others have said, it needs to be sold in a kit with multiple units.
Yeah I agree. But yeah drop a comment if you have any suggestions as I am sure the team from zeapon will be reading your comments
I was thinking of getting a quick release plate like the peak design to have the camera or lens on my waste
