The one scene that I wish you had included was when they went to tell Adam's wife and daughter that he had been killed. That was the scene when Emma made it clear to Jason that she wanted him to stay with the team, that her and her brother would be ok, because it was what Jason needed. She saw how lost he was when he tried to quit.
This is why we watch Seal Team. There is a life away from the battlefield that makes all these top notch fighters real. They emotionally need lots of support because their job demands more than most people can endure. Not only do they have to support each other on assignment and come down from the adrenaline high and try to fit into regular society that lacks the excitement and physical challenges. The diacotomy of these two worlds is real,challenging and very stressful. Shining a light on this world may help these brave folks increase our understanding of their stressors and maybe lead to a better support system and patch training to help them cope better. Some may watch for the action ,others for everything else. Keep posting these great videos.

And Jason selling the roof above his head because his kids have an expensive taste when it comes to choosing college or boarding school? What kind of kids demand from parents anything like that? Will they buy him a house later?
He sold it because he didn't need that big of a house for just him, especially when he's not there most of the time. I think he explained that in an episode
