Philippines have a lot of amazing singer.. but have a very high qualifications. . so most of them are recognise in different country.. thats the sad trueth. I am a pilipina but I am disappointed in our industry in recognising real talent. . and if they been know around the word then most or almost all in our music industry got crazy to invite them.. good example was ger-phil flores.. charies, and not the cercado sister or better know as 4th Impact.
that is because we got a lot of amazing singers that there is always better .. that's why it's hard to compete singing competition in philippines even if you have the best voice..

we are not only great singers...but most of us too learned to play the intruments without attending a school...im happy that i can sing and play guitar by my own experience...handling the choir now in the church...and it is a precious gift...thanks GOD...

Just be thankful kasi kahit maliit and ating bansa(California is bigger than the Phil.) at least we still value our cultures of education, Respect to elderly, some other traditional cultures. Yes Phil. gov't are corrupt but who tolerate it the Filipino people sometimes because of their poverty na ayaw masumikap sa buhay all they need is welfare from other people or sometimes lack of responsibilities
