The album just celebrated its ten year anniversary and includes the singles 'Perfect Weapon' and 'Knives And Pens'. Andy tells us about the inspirations behind the original versions and what changed as they re-entered the studio a decade later.

I am brand new to BVB as well!! It's funny because I knew of the band for a long time but just never gave them a chance. I was listening to a streaming rock station and 'I Am Bulletproof' started playing. I thought 'This is f*kkn awesome! Who the the hell is this band?! Been binge listening for a week straight now 🤘😈🤘
Same song I fell in love with. I KINDA listened to them during wretched and divine and the Self-titled album after and they're good but re-stitch makes me wish I had listened to we stitch back in the day because the style just clicks with me.

Take a deep breath and you’ll notice your voice sounds deeper after! or your mood also affects your voice. Conclusions, a lot of things change how deep or high your voice soudnds.

I always listen to this album whenever i'm too lazy to do something, or i should say "household chores" hahaha. It's the music which boosts me to work well and get things done. I love this album. Thankyou, Black Veil Brides.

I'm a straight dude and I think Andy is such a ridulously loooking dude. And Re-Stitch These Wounds made me give them another look. I'm glad I did.
This video definitely made me appreciate the remake of the album wayyy more, I like how the very random musical decisions Bvb made while recording the album back in the day made it such a staple in the scene.
Carolyn is such a great song I can't emphasize this enough, recently a friend's mom passed dude to illness and my brother, best friend and I came together to make a cover of it for her and it's just so deep and meaningful and amazingly written
*As a genuine fan of the Twilight series, I would never compare Black Veil Brides to it... Black Veil Brides was the savior or a generation man...*
I went to see the Band live in 2015 and they played Sweet Blasphemy and i was emotionally becuse of 5 years listening to this Band i could see them live that i cryed, its one of my favorite songs of the Band, and it warms my heart, that its the same for Andy.

I just meant it had a sentimental meaning to me because both the first person that I ever told I loved them also liked this song and I had wanted to sing it to them. Also it sort of matches our story. But, I agree with you 100%! 😊🖤

Never give in,sweet blasphemy,Carolyn and The morticians daughter are my favorites on the album. I love all the songs of course but these are my favs. Bvb music has helped me through alot of tough times and is still doing so today. Wich is why this band and their music mean so much to me. Thank you to andy for doing this video and it was so amazing just to hear the story of how each song came about and how you changed them for this album. It is just awesome to listen to. I've been a fan for many years and it is so cool to see how far you guys have come. I always wondered why the album version of Knives sounded so, frankly, shitty, especially the vocals on the chorus. The label tuning them back up artificially makes so much sense! Especially glad that they got to re-record it with a proper mix.

This is crazy but I ALWAYS imagined Twilight Eclipse when listening to Beautiful Remains due to the 2010 Summer memories I have, it gives me summer sunset vibes and I always thought of Eclipse.
