    Tami, I’ve made this before, but it’s been awhile. I just made this for dinner tonight and it was AMAZING!!! Even my SAD eating adult sons enjoyed it. Thank you so much!!!

    Hi Tami, I’m fairly new to your channel (2 weeks) but love your recipes and your thorough tutorials. My mushroom spinach lasagna is in the oven and smells amazing. I will let you know how it turned out. I followed your tutorial to the letter. If my non vegan husband likes this I know I’ve hit a home run! I’ve become a vegan since Jan 25 to improve my health. I found you, chew on vegan, Jill Dalton and Chef AJ and each of you offer so many delicious and healthy recipes. Everyone of you make living this lifestyle so enjoyable and delicious. I’ve lost 22 pounds and don’t feel deprived whatsoever! This is a fabulous way of life and feel tremendously better! Thank you so much from a very appreciative fan!

    made this exactly and it was great! one note though, if you refrigerate the assembled lasagne to bake the next day, plan on extra time to either allow to come closer to room temperature and/or extra baking time.

      Yes, spredding the ricotta directly on the noodles was a breakthrough hack on even distribution!

    Thank You sooo much for this recipe! I will, however, have to double the mushrooms 🍄 😊 Oh, and I LOVE the sprinkles recipe!! I have used it in soooo many ways, that I need to make another batch 😄 I have added all of the ingredients for this recipe to my grocery list! Can’t wait to make it!! Thank You Tammy 🥳

    For the Marinara...also from Whole Foods is one of their 365 brand items... It's the Organic Marinara Pasta Sauce-Fat Free - products.wholefoodsmarket.com/product/365-everyday-value-organic-far-free-marinara-pasta-sauce-4443fb No added oils, sugars,

      Thank you for posting the link it is sugar and oil free but is high in sodium for those who are watching that.

      Thank you...I hadn't even noticed. I do always check the ingredients list of any "packaged" items I buy, but must admit I don't watch sodium...I do know the rule is to keep the sodium count at or below the calorie count. I generally get the Engine2, but I've been finding it harder and harder to get (our local Whole Foods has been reducing the Engine2 line!!!) Other than making my own, this 365 item was the best I could find.

    Is their an alternative for the ricotta tofu . We are allergic to soy?

      I have not tried any others, perhaps google for one and switch it into the recipe.
