You did a beautiful job with this kit. I just received this one myself and I'll definitely be referring back to your video....... many times, I'm sure ☺
About me I bough them here: www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007226815459.html I can highly recommend seller, every time I had cute box in excellent condition, very fast processing and very fast delivery (this time it was less then 1 week). I haven't left any reviews yet, but I will as soon as I finish all these kits. My friend @francesco2647 told that this kits are already on Amazon as well! Now we can find them when we type "DIY miniature dollhouse kits Cube Forest Wonderland" into the search bar. Thank you very much for your comment! Have a great Friday!
Yes, the hinges I had was too tight so I had to do that. Maybe it's just me but I couldn't bend them at all or move them even a little bit. If I had glued them to the door there would have been two options: either the door wouldn't close at all or when I tried to close it the wood would just crunch and the door would break off, but the hinges would stay in place. They couldn't be moved at all, it took me a long time to understand the principle, that's why the video is so strange. I hope your set will have hinges that aren't as tight, but I've had the same ones in all 4 kits.
You're very welcome! I tried to draw that the door hinges consist of two parts, if you bend one of them with a screwdriver or other thin sharp object, then the hinges will become free and not so tight, they can be opened and closed, and everything will be ok. But if you take the other half (the one on which the second half is held, it has an axis in the middle and to understand which one is where it is easier to show on the door hinge that I have already bent, it is difficult to show this on a hard one) and bend it from the other side, the door hinge will simply break into two parts and it will be quite difficult to put it back together (I tried and I didn't like it). Before this, I had never dealt with door hinges and it took me a long time to understand this. Sorry for my late reply, I hope this is still relevant for you, I try to reply to all messages on time, but every time new ones appear and they push aside the ones I already have and every time I lose them and notice a little later! I'm pretty bad at explaining things, if I wrote something unclear or you have other questions, please ask and I'll try to answer as soon as possible
Yayyy of course you made these! Can’t wait for mine to arrive!

I am a little confused as to what you are showing with the hinges. Are you saying that they need to bend back and forth equally?

That’s what I thought that you were showing. The diagram just had me a little confused. Thank you for your response!!!
