    • @AridaBjd

      Thank you very much dear Amna! I highly appreciate it!
      I use B-7000 glue. I'm very happy with this glue, it's slow-acting, 100% transparent, invisible and holds great and it's perfect for gluing anything that looks like glass, the tube has a nice nozzle and needle designed cap that prevents clogging, all the small glue drops are well controlled. Before this, I tried many different ones but B-7000 glue is much better. You can make every kit with B-7000 only. (T-7000, T-8000 are very good too).
      If you can't find B-7000 I recommend you to glue transparent parts (beads, lamps etc.) with Hard UV resin "QIAO QIAO DIY" instead of glue to create a beautiful transparent glass effect. It's clear acrylic resin that gets cured under UV or direct sunlight. Or you can use UV gel nail polish. But please note that it must not be sticky "Soak-off" top. If I have glue somewhere where it shouldn't be, I paint it on top with UV resin or nail polish because it's better to have a glossy glass or water effect than just a white patch of glue.
      If you can't find B-7000 or similar, I recommend you to glue all the paper parts with the slow-acting Crystal Transparent Glue by Henkel. (I checked Amazon and these glue disappeared a few months ago. As for me, I buy it at a small local store and they are always there. But you can find the same glue by Pattex. As far as I know they are the same but with a different name). I used it before I found B-7000 and the result was great. I still use it for paper craft projects because it's much cheaper than B-7000, I had left over and it can be found at the nearest local store. It's perfect for paper and textile because it's almost invisible and has a rubber texture.
      I hope you'll find the B-7000 because it's really the best one you can have! Now I don't use any other glue and assemble each dollhouse only with this one. But please note that after gluing the walls, it's better to wait until they stick well, so it's better to glue the walls and leave overnight. Also, it's a slow-acting glue and you can move it once it was glued. It will hold just as tightly as super glue, but if you glued something with super glue, nothing can be moved or changed.
      And please pay attention to the wires, you can see that I twisted them and this small "ring" will protect them from breaking, also please glue only at the base and not the entire length, cause If you glue them well they will brake. If you'll have any questions please feel free to ask! I'm gonna be happy to help! Happy crafting and good luck with your kit!

      @@amna6024 You are very welcome dear! About me I made my first kit in 2020 when I was bored because of the lockdown and now I can't stop and need more cute little kits! Actually I buy more than I can make and all this boxes and finished houses and rooms make me so happy! Sweet talks is a great choice, I love it so much! It's so cute! I have 2! One of them is a kit as is, the second one I changed for Halloween (a year ago) and I think I'll buy more in future (may be I'll make Christmas or Valentine's edition).Could you tell me please was it easy enough as a first kit? Can I recommend this one for beginners, how do you think? Cause I usually recommend any from "Corners if happiness" I think they are easy enough but I don't know which one can be the best (the easiest) choice..

    I am a little confused as to what you are showing with the hinges. Are you saying that they need to bend back and forth equally?

    • @AridaBjd
      @AridaBjd  3 месяца назад

      Yes, the hinges I had was too tight so I had to do that. Maybe it's just me but I couldn't bend them at all or move them even a little bit. If I had glued them to the door there would have been two options: either the door wouldn't close at all or when I tried to close it the wood would just crunch and the door would break off, but the hinges would stay in place. They couldn't be moved at all, it took me a long time to understand the principle, that's why the video is so strange. I hope your set will have hinges that aren't as tight, but I've had the same ones in all 4 kits.

      That’s what I thought that you were showing. The diagram just had me a little confused. Thank you for your response!!!

    • @AridaBjd
      @AridaBjd  3 месяца назад

      You're very welcome! I tried to draw that the door hinges consist of two parts, if you bend one of them with a screwdriver or other thin sharp object, then the hinges will become free and not so tight, they can be opened and closed, and everything will be ok. But if you take the other half (the one on which the second half is held, it has an axis in the middle and to understand which one is where it is easier to show on the door hinge that I have already bent, it is difficult to show this on a hard one) and bend it from the other side, the door hinge will simply break into two parts and it will be quite difficult to put it back together (I tried and I didn't like it). Before this, I had never dealt with door hinges and it took me a long time to understand this. Sorry for my late reply, I hope this is still relevant for you, I try to reply to all messages on time, but every time new ones appear and they push aside the ones I already have and every time I lose them and notice a little later! I'm pretty bad at explaining things, if I wrote something unclear or you have other questions, please ask and I'll try to answer as soon as possible
