    Hi, great video. Can you list exactly what motors, servo's, indicators etc basically everything that you used on the Mercedes 42043 truck please? I checked out your website hoping to find these details I couldnt. Would really appreciate it as just purchased this set for my son and would love to have it set up like the one you have. Thank you :)

    • @functionalTechnic
      @functionalTechnic  7 лет назад +3

      Hi, I used 2 PF XL motors for driving, 1 PF servo motor for steering and the indicators, 2 PF L motors for the dumper. Furthermore, I used one sBrick and two power functions switches for the indicatror-mechanism. Acutally, only the cabine is form the 42043 set, the rest is my one design.

      the screening machine is mostly made with the parts of the 42055 set. I added some power functions elements. If you check my other video about the screening machine, than you can find at the end infromation about the used parts. furthermore, there is a lego digital designer file on my website

      hi, most of my models are controlled by Sbricks (sbrick.com). Sbricks are rather expensive but you control your models with your phone and bluetooth. the screening machnie is controlled with lego ir recievers

    привет! за счёт чего они работают так быстро? какие то мощные батарейки или аккумуляторы? сколько моторов у arocs?

    • @functionalTechnic
      @functionalTechnic  7 лет назад

      Hi, aggregate processing plant is powered by 1 PF XL motor (sorting), 2 PF L motors (driving and conveyor raising) and 1 PF M motor (for the gearbox). The Mercedes Arocs is powered by two PF XL motor (driving) 1 PF servo motor for steering and blinker and 2 PF L motors for the dumper. For both models normal 6 x 1.2 v and 2000mAh NiCd accumulators were used in a normal lego battery box. For further information about the Mercedes Arocs check my webpage: www.functionaltechnic.com

    est ce que le camion Mercedes est une boite Lego ou c'est votre conception ?

    • @functionalTechnic
      @functionalTechnic  7 лет назад

      Hi, I can't write in french but I can understand it but this is why the answer is in english. Actually, most of the truck is my own creation. It was kind of a concept truck where I tested a few things: First of all 3d printed parts from efferman (joints for the propulsion of the independent suspension of the two front axles and 5 studs linkages for the front steering) then front axle propulsion of the front axles with independent suspension and the blinker (indicator) mechanism powered by the sequence of the Sbrick. Only the cabine is from the Mercedes LEGO set.

    • @guillaumeleroy6812
      @guillaumeleroy6812 7 лет назад

      I have also a 3d print but where have you found the plan for 3d file ?

    • @functionalTechnic

      No, you need the PF IR reciever and transmitter or the Sbrick and a smartphone

    • @mikakorhonen5715
      @mikakorhonen5715 7 лет назад

      Chen Yee Ren You can build them with Mindstorm unit and use different kind of sensors for control, but unit is too big to be used in this kind of MOCs.
