I volunteer at a local prison during Christmas and I’m assigned keys for the chapel and these are they keys and locks they use. I have 3 keys for 3 different doors and they are heavy!
When I worked at a prison, a lot of officers would be inside a safe room with a control panel and they would leave the key in the lock hole because they didn't want to lose the key. All a person has to do is take a coin or sturdy piece of metal nad they can rotate the locking mechanism to open the door from the other side.
Can kinda understand that as if you lose the key you're locked in. But the thing is, those are BIG keys so I don't see how you can lose them... It's a security risk though if someone can jam any piece of material into the slot and open it from the other side...
Got it off eBay, think it was around $250 or something. Pretty expensive however if you sell it you’ll definitely get your money back! I ended up selling mine due to some rough times a while back

I have a collection of folger adam and southern steel keys collection i wear some of them on my everyday keychain it cool
