Sir, Jisne loan le rkha hai, unhe bhi affidavit dena padta hai, jisme bank ka naam aata hai. Bank koi NOC letter issue nhi karta hai, balki bank ka ek agent aata hai. Jo DDA ko khud letter deta hai. Isliye bank me baat kar k rkhni padti hai. 2) Vikas sadan me jo shops hai, wo Registrar office me registry and affidavit k 2500 le lete hai. Or ache se kaam pura karwa dete hai.

Jab water NOC k liye jaoge, department aap ko water ka bill bna kar dega, agar aap abhi flat me nhi rah rhe hai, to unhe bol dena ki bijali ka bill Nil aa rha hai. Isliye water ka bill kese ban sakta hai. Aise me aap se bijali k bill ek copy mangi jyegi. Wo bijali k bill ki copy lgane se aap ka water ka bill 1/3 rah jyega.
