    • @SkyrimPlus
      @SkyrimPlus  6 месяцев назад +1

      @sean_heisler If you look in the comments of this video, someone said they couldn't use the beds properly for the kids. I sent them a patch that someone made and posted in the posts section of the mod page. The commentary explained how they got it to work. I don't adopt too often, but it seemed to work for the commenter and the people who used it in the posts section of the mod. With that being the coolest kids' room ever, it would be worth a shot!

    Falkreath & Riverwood aren't the best for a night out, having one inn each. That ain't a pub crawl I would do -they're also a major round trek haha. Mead by the Lady Stone it is.
    This is a fabulous creation, in a holiday home style; no way this is for anyone but the richest - the completionist. I would call it 'Chateau de Mod' and charge a fortune to stay :),. The interior creative design would take so many words, it's just amazing.
    I'd also say, if a professional level designer saw modders creations and felt the need to flex their skill, perhaps show how it's done, I would see this as his/her reply. Author, you're awesome. Such a great presentation thanks SP. All the best! x

    This place is just so cool and beautiful at the same time! With all of these home mods I’m always so tempted to grab all of them. Even though I know it wouldn’t be good for me haha. Who knows, maybe someday they’ll make a framework for being a real estate agent, and we can sell these homes to happy families to keep them alive in our worlds, even if we can’t use them all ourselves.
    But dang do I wish I could live in 100 homes at once.

    • @SkyrimPlus
      @SkyrimPlus  Год назад

      That would be an awesome framework! I know there is one mod that allows you to buy several vanilla-style homes, but I don't know that it let's you sell them. There is also a mod that allows you to rent out the vanilla player homes. There is also one that lets you open businesses in front of your vanilla-owned player homes. I justify all of mine by saying it's adding something interesting to the landscape. You could always use a follower framework to populate them!

    • @rhcvalkorion5812
      @rhcvalkorion5812 Год назад +1

      @@SkyrimPlus you know I didn’t think of improvising a follower framework like that. And I absolutely agree with you that these homes can definitely make the land of Skyrim not feel so empty, all the while making the populace seem a lot more unique.
      As for buying, renting, and businesses… this all is something I need to look into. From everyday business, to the war efforts and temporarily housing troops during occupations, I can see great use for mods like that!

    You said it best this is definitely a work of art also I love that Fortress of Solitude looking area of the enchantment branch that is amazing, but my favorite part of this mod is just the children's wing in general, that is the prettiest children's wing I have ever seen! If I could I would just live in this house, not my character, me, I would live in this house XD. Also what's that mod that you use that allows you to fly around?

    • @SkyrimPlus
      @SkyrimPlus  Год назад +1

      I'm right there with you! It is spectacular! I love the lights and all of the creativity used in that section. Honestly, I'd probably sleep in the kids' wings over the master bedroom! The mod that allows you to fly is called Animated Wings Ultimate. I will have a video on how to acquire the wings and use it out on Monday or Tuesday. It's one of my favorite mods ever, especially in the non-house/quest mod category!

    • @themysterylady842
      @themysterylady842 Год назад +1

      @@SkyrimPlus Cool I'll just wait for your video on it to see whether I would want that mod or not. My high Elf character is a lich so he kind of floats anyway but his ultimate goal is to become the most powerful Wizard, so mods like that kind of lean into the character. He's also kind of an evil character that has a lot of good guy tendencies. So he goes back and forth between having a conscience and wanting to destroy everything. Lol

    • @SkyrimPlus
      @SkyrimPlus  Год назад +1

      @themysterylady842 Love it! I am working on the video right now. 😆 You will want it though, for sure. It lines up with your character's goals. Mine is a Breton, who also wants supreme power, but he also likes using enchanted bows.

    • @themysterylady842
      @themysterylady842 Год назад +1

      @@SkyrimPlus I figured you were playing as the man mer! The race could use a little bit more love there's not a lot of people like to play as Bretons. Which is a bit disappointing considering that this a lot of interesting background behind them and they have great roleplay potential. Really the reason why I chose high elf is because my character is actually my D&D character that I made in Skyrim. So there's two versions of him lol. I hope I'll be able to use the mod because my machine is fairly old and doesn't like certain mods, but at the moment it is out of commission because for some reason.. it just decided it was not going to connect to my monitor, or any monitor anymore. So essentially I have a computer that I can't see to use. My speculation is that it's either the graphics card or the motherboard I really hope it's not the motherboard... the graphics card was already a few years out of date anyway so I could have used a new one but I really hope it's not the motherboard, because having to redo everything would just annoy me to no end.

    • @SkyrimPlus
      @SkyrimPlus  Год назад

      Oh no! Fingers crossed for your PC! Have you tried connecting it to your tv or tried another hdmi cord? Or try Windows key + P to make sure you have it going to the right monitor settings?
      I play with Bretons because I like the magic resistance perk they're born with. Mages are the biggest pain for my style, so if I can resist their damage, I'm pretty much safe. I might do an Argonian playthrough soon though, since I downloaded Sirenroot, and I've heard it involves a lot of water puzzles.

      If you like this home, other than that issue, you can use Solar's Portable Crafting to place an alchemy lab in the same room across from the enchanting station. That mod is super handy, and I can't recommend it enough! But if you want a couple of other homes that have all of the crafting centrally located to each other without placing something new in a room, I'd check out the The Grand Bathhouse SE and the Safehouse from LOTD. In both of those homes, all of the crafting is open to each other. Thanks for watching!

      After doing a little digging on the posts section of the mod page, the original creator stated there was an issue with adoption. A user placed a patch from a Google drive on the posts section that has apparently worked for some. Here is the link that was posted in the posts section of the mod:
      drive.google.com/drive/folders/1bXcBSTlJOUT3Em3AKJzcm-KmJ7WKyF6S
      You would need the mod Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions, and you'd use the Bless This Home spell in conjunction with using the patch from the Google Drive. Also, if you have Hearthfire Extended and USSEP, make sure to get the patch to make those all work together, too! Hope this helps!

    Hello, there!
    Master Arngeir would say "Breath and focus."
    I'm inhaling, exhaling, taking a deep breath before formating the PC. After I swapped my Asus TUF B360m-Plus with a motherboard that I hadn't used in a while (Aorus Gaming Z370m), I can't play Skyrim. Sometimes it's 3 - 5 minutes and the computer freezes! This wasn't happening before. I've read that under certain conditions it is not mandatory to format the PC when you change the motherboard and update its Bios, but if it continues to fail, I will take it back to technical assistance. And when everything is stable again, I'll build another instance in MO2 using your videos as a reference!
    By the way, a few years ago I had built a village in the southern shores of Lake Ilinalta. It is called Merid. Merid Village. I have pictures but I had never released the mod. The concept behind "Merid" is that I have another mod called "The New Vigil", released on September 21th, 2014 for Skyrim LE. I think Merid would work as an addon. Something like that. Vigilants of Stendarr and Dawnguard enforcers would watch the village and its inhabitants for some very peculiar reasons. Maybe I would have written some quests related to it, etc. After dealing with the technical issues and getting some stability I will restart updating some of my files.
    This one right here will probably consume a lot of time:
    Fort Riverwood - House - Lighthouse - Camping Sites (Skyrim LE - Id: 54440)
    I have already a new version. If anyone is interested and decides to test it, I will take note and look for improvements!
    Cheers!
    Keep it up with the amazing work!
