My husband he have master calendar hiring for asylum but 15 days before he get marriage and court say today apply I 130 after interview case is approved i130. And my husband apply i485 and give fingers print to after some months we receive latter from uscis just like notice of administrative closures. Mean appeal court for Green card but our marriage not consummated. He get marriage just for immigration. I am not going to 2nd interview for i485.so that time we are living separated .so what is status right now .uscis field officer say case is closed. What is meaning

First of all thank for y knowledge, but at the same time y dont answers anyone on y public comment. I do have a very important question. If the 9th circuit already decided to terminated and remanded, back to the original court immigration, and have a notice to appear in removal proceedings in immigration court. Can uscis deny y of the hearing if u are outside USA. Remember that the decision from the 9th circuit was terminated and remanded back to the original immigration judge.

Hi. I have my I-130 approved. But my i485 still pending. But am in removal proceeding, can I still cancel or terminate my removal proceeding with court ? Since my I-130 is approved.

My husband has a master hearing in removal proceeding on January 7, 2021. we entwred in USA as lawful residence in 2017 but he did not moved there permanently due to personal problem but often travelled USA . Last july when went to Buffalo, the the officer took away his green card. We can not afford an attorney. we live in Toronto, Canada. If he appear in the hearing with himself and descrive the situation enabling to move there permanently. Is there any possibility to get back the green card otherwise any kind of taken to custody.
