Celebrating the South African wine industry's birthday with a "semmel-test"!

Today - on the 2nd of February 1659 - the first droppes of wine was pressed from South African grapes in the Cape. I'm celebrating by putting upp a competition between three versions of the swedish pastry - semlan! Which one was the best, and what do you drink with?
