Great video. The bottom part of the porcini is the tastiest, I remove it only when its very old dark green, or even that we usually dry and use it in soups, sauces and stews.
Thanks for sharing your tips. There are apparently two groups of mushroomers. I have around also some people who say that good sauce cannot be made without the bottom part of the boletes🙂

You may use a toothbrush to clean up mushrooms when you harvest them.
