    Do rechargeable batteries looses their powers over time…like mobile battery dies
    Second, can you charge them everyday day or do we let them drain.

      They do, very slowly. You can charge them every day, they don't have to drain completely.

    2 or three days? BS. My batteries last a week.

      Easily. A lot of people that wear CIC or IIC hearing aids, with a size 10 battery, change their battery every single day.
