    Serves 4-5
    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    -Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs
    -Badam (Almonds) 2-3 tbs
    -Pista (Pistachios) half 2-3 tbs
    -Sukha nariyal (Dried coconut) sliced 3 tbs
    -Kishmish (Raisins) 3 tbs
    -Ghee (Clarified butter) 1/3 Cup
    -Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) 200g
    -Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
    -Doodh (Milk) ¾ Cup
    -Kewra water ½ tsp
    -Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) 1 pinch
    -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
    -Water ½ Cup
    Directions:
    -In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
    -Add almonds,pistachios,dried coconut,mix well & fry for a minute.
    -Add raisins,mix well & reserve for later use.
    -In the same wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
    -Add vermicelli & fry on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
    -Add sugar,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
    -In milk,add kewra essence,orange food color,cardamom powder & whisk well.
    -Now add dissolved mixture,mix well & cook on low flame until it dries up (2-3 minutes).
    -Add fried nuts & mix well.
    -Add water & mix well,cover & steam cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes & serve!

    -Karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
    -Badam,pista aur sukha nariyal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kiya fry ker lein.
    -Kishmish dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
    -Us he karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
    -Sawaiyan dal ker halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya fry ker lein.
    -Cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
    -Doodh mein kewra essence,zarda ka rang aur elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
    -Ab dissolved mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
    -Fried nuts dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
    -Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein & serve karein!
